Everything was done very professional! We were very pleased with the outcome. We got quotes for our oriental rugs. The technicians were VERY friendly and courteous. It was the best carpet cleaning service I have ever had. I would recommend them to anyone that needed carpet cleaning services.

Carpets look and feel great. 5:30 pm is a bit late to have bedroom carpets cleaned and have to put everything stacked on ones bed onto wet carpet so that you can go to bed for the night.
No soapy residue
We were very please with the tech, Dustin. Superior service, but our constructive criticism is in regard to cleaning the stairs. When dried there were obvious dark spots/dirty residue on stairs which your "chemicals/natural products" had not removed.

We didn't get the gift card to the restaurant, I forgot to ask for it, and there was no mention of it by the technican.
The technican was very nice, careful, and we felt he did a good job. However, on one rug in the bedroom, (an area rug over the existing carpet) it appeared after it dried that about 1/3 of the rug looked different. That's not a very good description of the problem, if you want me to I can take a picture and send to you.
Our carpet continues to have some stains where our cats were sick. We understand with old carpet that there are high traffic areas however, these stains weren't in that part of the carpet.
Also, we were told that our tech would move furniture up to 50lbs. but my husband and I either helped move things out/back in or moved it ourselves.
The tech was scheduled to come between 11 and 1. A different tech was sent out after 4pm.
My carpets look great after being cleaned by Zerorez. The technician that cleaned them did a very thorough job
