Great cleaning and even better technician!!!
The person that came out was very professional and extremely nice. He made sure I had everything I wanted cleaned and didn't pressure any add on sales. I was very happy with the outcome of my tile and carpet.
The best pet stain removal there is! And the rep that was schedule was awesome!

The thorough cleanning of the carpets and their softness. The employees are efficient and courteous.
The last job was too costly. I approved it because we had company arriving, but $800 plus for 3 bedrooms is not worth it. I could have carpeted two of the rooms for that. Your employee was fine, he explained the costs for the pet urine treatments; but, like I say, it was a high pressure family scenario (funeral) with out of town guests arriving. I will use a less costly service in the future.
Carpet dries fast. Service was quick and the text before Brent got here was so helpful.
There was supposed to be a $50 gift card included in our offer, but I have not heard anything about it since the first phone call. Will that be sent via mail?

I like the way my carpet looks on the day it's cleaned and for several months after the cleaning. I also had my tile floor in the kitchen cleaned for the first time and I am amazed at how much better it looks!
I like the "green" aspect of your service and system.
I was very skeptical that the color of the grout on my kitchen floor could actually be restored to its original color. But it looks so awesome now! My family and I keep staring at the floor and can't believe how good it looks!
Everyone that I have had dealings with are very nice and professional.
We have a very dusty environment coupled with an attached mechanical repair facility. Drivers and mechanics in and out of the office continually. Regular vacuuming doesn't stop the landslide of dirt. ZEROREZ helps the girls in the office let me back in the building. Thanks...DW
Carpet and furniture looked great, also nice young man who did excellent job.
The products & technology are far superior to other carpet cleaning companies that I have used even though they claimed to use an equally good method-it was not as good as zerorez.
Our guy did a fabulous job and we will probably be using him quarterly. We would like the same person if possible each time.
the gentleman was very courteous he did a great job on my carpet. I like the no soap or chemicals residue the carpet felt soft and my home smelled clean.

Technicians were fabulous, very professional and did a great job.
They work as promised their were some stains he could not get all the way out but he told me ahead of time and we went over them. He eve told me that if we used chemicals we could get them out but we have small children. When he was finished the carpet looked great even the spots that he could get all out were so good you had to look for them
