Kitchen was not cleaned to my satisfaction. Cleaning did not extend all the way to wall or baseboard. Technician left my wood floors a mess. I attempted to have him clean up the mess, but he was in such a hurry, he failed to do so. After floors dried, it became apparent that the cleaning was unsatisfactory. Previously, when I had another area of tile cleaned, the technician cleaned the hard to get at areas by hand. I spent too much money to have these results. Name removed Phone number removed.

The service dries quickly, and does not leave sticky, crumchy residue. The carpets and couches look and feel clean.

Carpets are much cleaner, softer and stay cleaner much longer. Our carpets are not in the best of shape, but after your cleaning, they look much better.

The cleaning solution had no order ,not even a hint of a deordorizer. Outside of the carpet being wet you couldn't tell if it was being cleaned at all. On the plus side some of the stains were gone , just hope they won't reappear after a week or two.We asked the tech about a stain protector , he said that was not in our package but failed to tell us how much extra it would be , or what we could use in the meantime.
