Product did not smell and Fabian was on time told me what he was doing. Fabian was very professional and friendly he did a fantastic job cleaning my carpet.

I am disappointed with the cleaning, I think our carpet looks dirtier now, but also think it may be the fact that it's not
the best carpet to begin with, so not sure, I also still have a spot in my closet that I need to remove with cleaner that I have,
I am very upset, and feel as though it was not money well spent, however the gentlemen were very nice.
I like the fact that there's no residue on the carpet and normally they also clean it so that new stains don't occur after they left. However the last two times quitting this time I've got stains that weren't there when he came. Last time you all were able to come back and do some surface cleaning on them in the stains one away . It's in a different place than it was last time. I'm hoping you can do the same this time. Just a very light brown patch may be the carpets for loft to rent in their deep in the pad or something that's going on.

Lack of Professionalism since I opened the door. The carpet look dirtier and mine was extremely clean.. I just wanted "empowered" water not Lye (sodium hydroxide to clean my carpet. It was left dull and unclean. I ended having my whole body in a rash with measles looking bumps in my entire body. I have pictures to prove it. I called the next day for someone to come to wash the toxic stuff out and they played stupid for 2 hours and I couldnt stay in my house to sleep bc of the toxins. I called another company and in 2 hrs they took care of it..
Since I suffer from allergies, I have to be careful in choosing products and services. Zerorez was outstanding. No fumes, no sneezing and wheezing. The technicians were professional, efficient and pleasant. I am a happy and satisfied customer.

The carpet seemed to be cleaned really well. That being said it was disappointing that the quote given to me over that phone was $500+ less than what we ended up paying.
