You were organized in scheduling. Most companies schedule you for a 4 hour window and then show up with 10 minutes left in the window. That's pretty much a whole day wasted for the customer all because of no communication. I own a service company and wasting the customers time is never a good business plan. We are paying for not only service but convenience as well. Zerorez gave me a date and a time block of 4 hours. What sets them apart is the fact that on the day before the service I got a call narrowing down my time between 11am to 1 pm. Plus the tech called me 30 minutes prior to arrival. That saved me about 3-1/2 hours to get other things done that morning all by them just making a simple phone call. That's what good customer service is all about, The customer.... Good job guys. It took 2 times, but our carpet does look better, in the future, I will have Zerorez do our carpet again, but will not wait so long in between cleanings, as I think this may have been some of the issue, that, and the cheap carpet. Again, the gentlemen were wonderful.
The two technicians that came were so professional and really committed to figuring out how to get every stain out of my carpet without damaging it. We have a lot of nice furniture and I really appreciate that they were so careful. This is my first time to use zero razz but I'll use them again I just hope I can get the same two technicians. Even though it's a great product and technique I really feel like the technicians can make the difference in how the job goes.
It was a bit expensive but I feel like it was worth the money.

Your process really cleans the rugs! The smell is pleasant. The Rug dries pretty fast. The Rug looks like new. Your personnel were fantastic and did a superb job.
I am not satisfied with my carpet stretching. There are still 3 places where my carpet is still loose.
The carpets look great, like new. Your customer service rep on the phone was excellent. The technician, Bryson, was a very nice and polite young man and was on time, was careful with our furniture and worked quickly.

the gal [Channel who I talked w/ on Phone to make original appointment failed to tel me the whole complete story as to over all complete cost. The surcharge of "environmental fee 008 was not explained in original order. The in addition & another cost up charge=surcharge of pet stains etc was also not explained A bait & switch tactic which is illegal[fraudulent] in Texas as per Atnn General & codified laws in Tx . So many issues in the original quoted cost Vs the cost after Tech got to house.

They were timely in there arrival and attentive to their work. I would recommend Robert and Gary as very good field reps for your company.
As for improvements the actual "cleaning" result was not as good as I had hoped. Some of the results were great in the areas with newer carpet or where there were no heavy wear or daily foot dirt, but on those who were 'dirty" from my daily foot traffic, the results were disappointing.
I did like the way the carpets felt when finished drying... very refreshed. Just a little unhappy on the heavy grime areas. I also requested quoting for cleaning my upholstered chair and sofa and thought that the amount quoted seemed a little high, it cost less to clean 3 whole rooms and a hall than one 6' sofa.
I like that Zerorez does not use chemicals or additives in the carpet cleaning process - very pet friendly. And my carpet is spotless.
You man was very professional.( TOOK )his time to clean and help move furniture. He was great ! I love that your product is safe and doesn't hurt the environment
