Worst rep. of your company. He was over two hours late...said he had to charge more and that we had wool carpets...which you have cleaned before! Refused to accept our mailer saying $99.00 for three rooms...4th cleaned free...50.00 gift certificate. Only cleaned a third of two rooms...not the complete. Phone number removed

Isiah was very good. The carpet looked great, almost like new clean. He did an excellent joy. Also, he explained why dirt was held in the carpet and what I should do to protect the carpet. Very knowledgable.

The cleaning time was fast, and the technician that came to my home was very patient, and made sure we were satisfied with our services we received. Which we were very satisfied. This is my second time using Zerorez, and i will continue to use your services.
