I had to call you back as the stains have reappeared not even 24 hours earlier and I now have to wait a week because you have too many redo's. We had good luck with you at our business, but not at our home. I am very disappointed given how much I spent with you that I have to wait a week to have you come back and redo the job.

This happened to be a very large house and the service tech did not have a vacuum hose that was long enough to reach the rooms. He had to leave to go get the hose and come back. I would do so initial probing when the appointment is set to make sure the techs have the appropriate supplies.
Service is as advertised---my carpets are clean!! Fred is a pleasure to work with. We will recommend ZEROREZ and Fred as our man of choice for future cleaning needs.
Much better customer service and technicans
Everything with service was great but the two problem areas with stains did not get fully clean. After drying, the stains are still visible, though much better than before. Tech was very courteous and did a nice job.
The "hump" in my carpet is FINALLY no longer noticeable...I couldn't be happier with the outcome! After many years of being irritated by lumpy carpet, it looks great!
