Great results, courteous & professional service
I love that our home smells clean after all carpets have been cleaned :-) This year, for the first time, we had the kitchen tile cleaned as well. We'll look forward to doing that again in the future as well!
The technician who came to the house was very professional. He knew his products and services very well, and explained everything that was to be done. He was very careful about not harming any wall surfaces or furniture. He gets an A+ from me.
The idea of a totally non-chemical approach is great, and it left the carpets looking really good.

The most important thing I like about the service is ' IT GOT MY DIRTY CARPET CLEAN', and Darwin Harrison DID A GREAT JOB.
I was satisfied with the job they did. I hadn't had these carpets cleaned before, so I don't have a good idea of how Zerorez compares with other companies. The carpets are old--and not great carpets. So they didn't look amazingly different or anything. Basically, I don't have much of a strong opinion one way or the other. I'm glad they are cleaned, but can't really tell a huge difference in the way they look.
Well the dispatcher gave us the wrong times a few times throughout the day. The driver would then call and try to keep us updated (he was super nice) and his time was always 30 minutes to an hour later than hers. My kids go to bed early for school and we didn't get started until after 8 pm after a several hour window to begin with. Carpet doesn't look much better. I do have to say that the gentleman that cleaned our carpets was very professional and I don't think it had anything to do with him.
Your service representative was very professional, friendly, and willing to above and beyond to complete his job correctly.

Much more expensive than we anticipated!
This is the second time we have used Zero-rez. The first time we were happy with the results however, we never recieved our gift card that we were told we would recieve. We recommended ZR to several of my friends who have used you as well.
This time around I noticed that there were several spots that weren't cleaned and I went back over them and easily removed them. I still like the technique ZR uses to clean and we will most likely use again. (Hopefully we will get the gift card this time around.) :-)

Your technicians are very professional, well informed on their service and products, and courteous. I was very impressed with Robert Sennett who was at my home yesterday. However, when I got up this morning I noticed an extremely wet spot where apparently the water didn't get"sucked up" properly. When I called your office to ask someone come back out and do this for me, I was told it can take 72 hours to dry. I've used your flashing service many times and have never had this happen. I felt the customer service rep should have sent someone out. I am having to use a fan to try to dry it out. I will ask for the same technician, Robert, next time I call for service. However,Customer service could use a little empathy and training toward solving a problem the customer experiences and try to correct it. thank you for your consideration.

I felt like the stains in my carpet would go away, but they have not. Listening to the commercials, I figured you guys had a better way of cleaning to remove all stains. I'm all for no chemicals. But, in my master bedroom, all stains have returned.
