Everything! The house smells so clean after the cleaning! Will use again!
When making appointment, they told me the stairs are clean by hand and that is why it is cost $60.. Well The tech cleaned it using machine and he did not clean the vertical part of each stair.
After carpet was dried, yellow spots were still same and look no different before cleaning.
I was very impressed care was taken to not scratch paint off my wood columns.
I have used Zerorez for years. This was the worst experience I have had. The machine used to prespot didn't work which should have been checked out before ever leaving your company. I also had Therefore to get the stains out, my carpets were soaked. You left my house at 10:40 and the carpet was still wet when we went to bed. I will also tell you that when people recently asked our neighborhood for recommendations for carpet cleaning. At least three people stated not to use Zerorez because of bad experiences.
I was pleased with the cleaning but upset with the billing. In addition to the 3 rooms you also cleaned the hallway which is only 20 x 3. I was charged for the hallway, as well. Given that I had already moved out all furniture, ie. chairs, small tables, etc. I would have thought he could have just done the hall for $0.00. Additionally, I rec'd a rebate offer from you ($25.00 off). He wouldn't honor that as it was offered after my appointment had been scheduled. He said I could use it on the next visit. Given that the offer expires on 12/10/15, I don't see me having you back in here that soon, so the rebate offer is of no value to me.
First appointment window (which I took off work early) was from 4-6:30. Tech didn't call until 6:40 explaining he would arrive in 30 minutes. With two small children, that wasn't going to work so we rescheduled for the following day. The second tech was on time and very professional, but the results didn't fulfill expectations.
Do a good job with my carpet and service technician was very professional and not pushy.

Kyle was great. Our carpets were in such bad shape and he did amazing work! He was on time, courteous, answered questions completely, and was overall extremely professional. I would highly recommend him and Zerorez again!

I've been using Zerorez exclusively since their first visit six years ago. They have the most professional and courteous staff both on the phone and the technicians that visit my home. I always feel like my carpet is brand new after they leave. I couldn't ask for better customer service or a better product.

Cesar Sierra was an excellent representative of your company. He explained to us very well the process that Zerorez uses to clean carpet down to the water. He did a great job cleaning our carpet. We liked the products you use as they do not have any soap but natural cleaning products. We were able to walk on the carpet the same day which was another plus. We will definitely recommend Zerorez to others.

Repeat customer! This time was a disappointment. Carpets not clean in traffic areas; entry tile not clean (not sure what the expectation was, except to look clean??). Called today to talk with Customer Service; rescheduled cleaning for Nov. 30th. In talking with him, he stated that the original call did not note anything about cleaning up where our dog had an accident (my husband scheduled call, so I will ask him what he said when he gets home. However, there was NO DOUBT that's one of the reasons why we called Zerorez to clean our carpets when the Tech got here. Your Tech was shown the area of the carpet where the dog accident happened, and never said ANYTHING about a different type of treatment and the cost associated with it. It took several days for the carpets to dry because they were so wet, and the house smelled bad; didn't smell like that before. I understand now that it is an additional $60 to clean the small area where this happened. I really don't think that is a reasonable charge on top of the original charges. The Tech also would not slide a couch and loveseat to a different area, so that the carpet could be cleaned where they had been sitting; said the legs would stain the carpet. I moved the furniture over, and asked him to go back and clean carpet. Then, he put it up on foam pads. I hope I conveyed this to your Customer Service Rep well enough. We recommend Zerorez to people all the time because of our great experiences in the past. I would like to continue to do so.

Efficient and thorough. If you have pets the extra services are a carpet saver.
My carpets are much cleaner, spots are gone. My only dissatisfaction this last time was that I felt the carpet was still too wet when he left. Next time I will ask the tech to please go over the carpet one more time to extract as much moisture as possible. Will continue to recommend Zerorez to friends.

Carpet looks great. I would give the technician a 12+. He was friendly and professional. He spent a lot of time on the job even though he did not start until 7:00 pm - he did not rush or cut corners. Great job.
Everyone was very pleasant from the person that assisted me with rescheduling to the guys that cleaned the carpets. My only complaint was that the free tile cleaning was quick and not very thorough There are still places in the grout that are not as clean as I would like.
I've used Zerorez before and will continue to use their services.
Derrick was on time and ready to work. He explained the process and worked hard to remove the stains in our old carpet. We've tried many carpet cleaners and always went with the cheapest price. Not anymore. Zerorez was worth every penny.
