The no residue in your cleaning products
communication was good. our service tech,Paul, was very pleasent. He did a nice job and we feel we had a better cleaning experience. The only thing I would say, is the ADD-ON charges for a little larger room is annoying, and the charge for stairs seems high, not sure it should be more than for cleaning a room. That was our main negative for our first experience. The extra cleaning for some tile was positive, and we would rather have more cleaning or a lower rate or a free stair way cleaned than the Brazilian steak house gift card. Thanks.

I am currently still waiting on a supervisor to call me back in regard to the technician charging me for services that were of high cost, but the technician did not advise that to me prior to the service being done. I spoke with a supervisor on 11/17 and was told I would receive a call back on 11/18 but have not been contacted.
Your employees that come are very friendly and nice. You make sure your customers are happy. The carpets were cleaner than any company I have used before.

The gentleman that cleaned our carpet was extremely professional and very contentious about his work, expectations regarding my worn out carpet! Would definitely without any doubt recommend your company!
The process and technician were top notch.
The look and feel of the carpet is like new. No funny chemical smells or crunchiness in the carpet. Fred was awesome to work with.
I selected Zerorez because I had heard such great accolades and because you are one of the few cleaning companies that will clean natural fiber/oriental carpet area rugs on site. It cost a fortune though, for this service and now my area rugs look worse than before the cleaning! It's as though the cleaning pulled the dirt and stains to the surface. I was shocked to see the results the following day in the daylight. I have tried to communicate my concerns to your staff that had organized my appointment-- but no one returned a reply. The technician that did the cleaning was courteous and efficient but the outcome of my area carpets was horrible. I could have used that $600 towards the purchase of a new rug!

First of all, Bryson was superb! He was on-time, ready to go, and extremely professional at all times. Our carpets look brand new. We'll never use any other service again. Thanks Zerorez and Bryson!
The guy that came out to clean our carpet (Edward?)was great and I appreciated all the work he put into getting the carpet as clean as possible. I also appreciated the person I spoke with on the phone. She was very nice and personable.
However, there were a few things I was disappointed with:
- It seemed very expensive. Knowing that you do two or three rooms for $129 for residential I figured it would be a little more for us but was surprised at how much it was. It was one room about 15'x20' or 25'. The person who answered the phone asked what the price would be and then got back on with me. It felt like a high price was just thrown out when you heard it was a commercial cleaning. We really needed it cleaned so we went ahead and paid the price.
- I made the appointment for November 9. Got an email saying it was confirmed for November 16. Had to call to say it was November 9.
- We are a church and I gave Edward our tax exempt form. He called your office to let them know it was tax exempt. When the invoice came through there was still a little bit of tax on it. Edward called your office again and they said they would resend the invoice but never did. While the tax was under a dollar, this plus the appointment mix up really makes it seem like your office has trouble with the details.
Your people are personable and I love the fact you don't use chemicals but I don't know if I will try you again.
Your service man was very polite and helpful. He did a good job on my carpet. But, the cleaning cost a lot more than advertised. I was told that you would take out pet stains with the cleaning. Then the service man said there would be an extra $75 for the pet stains. He was here and I had moved all the furniture so I said ok. I also did not like being told that I had to move my own furniture and then move it back after the cleaning. Other cleaning companies move the furniture and put cups under the legs of the furniture until the carpet is dry. He did get the stains out but at the extra cost. I don't believe I was given all the information when I scheduled the appointment.
Cleanest carpet, yet, after cleaning, which I did about 3 years ago. Techs were great, and friendly.
It's chemical free and my carpet looks brand new
3rd or 4th time to use your services on our 10 year old carpet. Still looks presentable..
