The technician that came out was outstanding! And the carpets looked great after the cleaning.

No chemicals
Arrive time was late for more than one hour due to problem with truck. One man crew only clean "around" chairs, did not move them to clean the carpet underneath.
On Time, Friendly Service techs, Great Results
The technician put a hole in my wall while he was here and refused to admit he did it. I called customer service within 30 minutes of the service. That guy apologized and said a manager would be in contact with me. I finally got a call five days later saying they'd contact their contractor and I'd hear from the contractor next. I am currently waiting for that but it looks like I may be stuck with a damaged wall for the holidays. On top off all that, Im noticing now that the cleaning tread marks are disappearing, most of the stains and dirt marks are still present. I am not pleased at all. I hope I just had a bad technician but for $200, I was hoping to be somewhat pleased.
We are a "repeat customer" and would never use any other carpet cleaning company; we have had bad experiences with others. We can honestly feel (and smell) a difference in the air after Zerorez has been here. We were embarrassed about our carpet in a few areas of the house after about 7 years of not having the carpet cleaned because the house was "full" - and did not really think the carpet could look clean again, but thought we would have Zerorez out and then if we had to, we would replace the carpet. Now, we are good to go for awhile again. Zerorez amazed us once again! VERY satisfied.
The technician was very helpful and actually cared that I got the service I needed.
A couple of stains did not come up with the cleaning
Zerorez technicians bend over backwards to take care of us. They are thorough and never rush through appointments. They arrive on time and never try to hard sell us on extra services. They were here last week and when the carpets dried, there were a few spots that hadn't come out. I called (this is two days before Thanksgiving, mind you) to ask if they could swing by and take care of this and they will be here this afternoon. Spots are small but show on the very light carpet and I wanted the house to be perfect for the holiday. Zerorez to the rescue. Couldn't be happier.
I did the pet treatment on the worse spots and was disappointed to see that it was not a guaranteed solution. I had two small rooms cleaned and paid $250. One would think that would be enough to clean those spots correctly. It is too confusing how much things cost etc. The general carpet cleaning was good.

This was the second time we used your service, and, once again, spots have returned a day after your technician has left.
Last time, we used your service you had advertised an estillo gaucho coupon. it took 5 calls, and almost 6 months to get it.
Frankly, I am doubting the professionalism of your company.

I had our carpets cleaned about the 1st of May and the person doing it did an "outstanding" job of getting the pet stains cleaned and they didn't start showing again for 3 or 4 months!! We cannot afford to replace our carpet yet and have older dogs who are having some health and bladder issues. I use commercial spot cleaners in between using you but was very disappointed this time as I could still see some of the spots in the bedroom when I got home and since then they're already showing up more! I paid extra to have the pet stains cleaned and am not sure why the carpet doesn't look as good as last time...
The entrance to one of the bedrooms was not cleaned as well as it should have been.
Have service representative go over promotional offer with clients before leaving the house.
