It works
Waverly was the most thorough and considerate service man I have had since Brad. I willl request him again and again. My carpet looks like new.

Your technician was on time but did not have the hose on the truck and had to wait two hours for someone to bring the hose for him to start.
You did not show up for the appointment after confirming with us that you would. Then, no one could find us in your computer or see where we ever had an appointment, even though we had an email. Also, a manager promised to send a coupon out on the second appointment. Don't know where that's at. As for the work, the workers were very nice and courteous and did a good job.
Technicians seem to be overworked. My window was 1:30-4:00. The technician didn't arrive until about 4:30, and then there was only him. In past years we have had 2-3 technicians every time. As a result, he didn't finish until about 7:15 pm. Since the carpet is still wet,(it's now almost 6 pm Saturday), we still haven't moved our bedroom furniture back. The sofa and loveseat do not seem as clean as in past years. Perhaps he was rushing too much. Not happy.

They work and our carpet(15 years old, off white) looks brand new
The carpets are not as clean as they have been in the past. The technician was nice but not thorough. After leaving I walked on the carpet and there were areas that were not even damp. And the area where carpet meets tile floor is not clean. Therefore in a month or 2 it will be filthy.
