No soaps but it was rainy the day carpets were clean and it took 24 hrs to dry. None of the urine stains came out. Was hoping for more. Gentleman was very good though and protected corners.
Zerorez literally is as good as promised, if not better. Their people are the most knowledgeable and passionate about what they do and I'm a repeat customer for a reason.

On time, friendly staff who are very helpful. Tech Robert did a great job yesterday of making sure I knew about all your services and the products and procedure he would be using to clean my carpets. I was very impressed by the maturity shown by this obvious very young man.
Was disappointed with the grout cleaning in kitchen. Also, the gentleman cleaning my house knocked over a vase with glass cherries in. I could hear him throwing them back in the dish. He broke 9 of them at $5 a piece ( from Murano, Italy ). He didn't seem bothered at all. I don't see this difference between this company and any other carpet cleaning company.
Our technician was prompt, polite , and answered all questions. The results were highly satisfactory.
I appreciate the courteousness of your employees and the time and effort they put forth in providing a quality service. For future visits, I would like to see your staff take extra care to ensure their equipment does not hit walls and baseboards. Your clients expect your technicians to take care of their homes as they would their own.

My pet stained carpets looked brand new!
The cleaning service was great! I think you have really hit on something with the water only system. Our carpets look almost brand new.

Very quick and clean
The carpets were soaking wet. I turned the AC way down to try to suck out the moisture but 24 hours later they are still very wet. Additionally, the tech closed the door to our media room which is not well ventilated and it smells like mildew. This is especially upsetting because we are selling the house and needed to be perfect for the buyer, definitely not smelly! I just called and Chanelle was very sweet; she is scheduling someone to come out tomorrow and fix the problem. Hopefully, after it is fixed I can give a higher rating. Unfortunately, it does take time out of my schedule to meet someone and have this job done twice.
When the technician pulled into my driveway he ran over my yard without me realizing it he didn't bother to tell us he run over the yard I saw the mud on his tires and did not realize that he had run over my yard until after he left he left a big mess
Cleaned my old carpet very well. Tech was friendly and knew what he was doing.

It took almost 24 hours for my carpets to dry. 8 hours after the service I was using paper towels to absorb some of the water. Your company product/service is not designed for an active family. The wetness created hazards throughout my home. The technician did a great job. The process with which you use to clean the carpets is not for us.
Everything was very clean and fresh afterwards. The cleaning crew were gentlemen in every way - very polite. I think we all appreciate people of those qualities. I also spotted a couple of small things missed and it was take care of immediately. Good job!

Carpet still looks dirty in traffic areas. Carpet did not dry until 3 days later. Tech indicated that it should be dry to touch 3-4 hours.
Carpet maybe clean but it did not give it a new look. My carpet is less than a year old, no stains...I just wanted to give it a good clean since we will be spending a lot of time indoor. I was also hope a good clean would give it a refresh look, especially in high passage areas base on my experience with one of your competitors. In my previous one I had my carpet cleaned by a competitor prior to putting the house for sale and it had been 5 years since the carpet was installed. It also looked new once clean. My carpet not is less than a year old and looks the same than before your services. I am disappointed since I almost paid $400. I feel like i could have done the same job myself with my Hoover.

I was very happy with the results but VERY surprised at the price tag! Went from $99.00 - $300.00! And then the technician recommended an a additional step which would have taken the price up to $400.00! My house is only 1600 square feet and not all of it is carpeted. Watch for all the hidden costs!
Very professional and honest. I like that we weren't sold other services and just we asked for.
I really like the way the carpets are cleaned and that there is not residual left in the carpet. Also, there is no strong scent when cleaning and afterwards.
