I like the quick cleaning method AND CLEAN SMELL, THE DRYING TIME, HOWEVER I WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT ONE OF THE SPOTS DID NOT CLEAN , I THOUGHT IT WAS MINIMAL, AND DON'T THINK ENOUGH ATTENTION WAS GIVEN TO IT.

How clean you get the carpets and tile floors

Don't know. It was first time I had carpets cleaned, so I don't have an other experience to compare.

Quick dry, got almost all of our stubburn stains out, our technician was super kind and thorough in his job!

The day after, a LOT of the spots came back. It looks dirty again after I paid extra to have all the carpet treated

Their service was remarkable. Spots that I though was impossible to get out was removed!

I have been using Zerorez service for last at least 4 years. I was very pleased with their service. Last time (recent service), a problem arose. However, office staff and Kyle quickly resolved the issue and I received a carpet cleaning service beyond my expectation.
I especially wanted to thank Kyle for his outstanding cleaning service, respecfull manner, kindness, friendliness, and professionalism and rest of the staff dealed with my service to deliver excellent job.
I am looking for to use zerorez next time.

Customer service did not respond to a voicemail I left and an email I left

I was the orginal quote was 200. I paid another 200 for spot cleaning that I was told would remove spots from dog urine. Total price 405. I used your company last June and didn't pay for the spot removal. I actually was more satisfied with the carpet cleaning a then without the spot removal. It removed the spots and they didn't come back for several months as the areas are guest rooms and rarely used. I saw no difference for the additional 200 dollars for spot removal. I was told it would remove them. First time I used your company 2 people came and spent about 1 hour. Same rooms. They walked me through to see satisfaction. This time 1 man less than 35 minutes to complete 5 room a hallway and stairs. no walk through. I also wasn't offered the 100 ft. free tile cleaning that was advertised. I haven't received my 50 dollar gift card that I was told would come in the mail. I will contact you if I haven't received gift card by the end of Thanksgiving Holidays. LIKE THE METHOD WHERE THE CARPET IS NOT WET FOR DAYS, THE BEST. CLEANING IS ALWAYS 100% TO THE EYE. OPERATOR WAS 100%. KEEP HIM.

Your products are very good because they don't leave a residue on the carpet. The service is fantastic. Gary was the technician this time and he was wonderful. He was very kind and thorough. I would request him again for sure! My carpet, which is 25 years old looks beautiful!

Carpets looks really clean and dry quickly. I like that no chemicals are put into the water. Technician, Cesar, did an excellent job and is very polite.

Prices seemed a little high, but the Service Tech, Braxton, was great!

Have equipment ready to go when get to site. Last time we used ZeroRez, the truck broke down and we had to wait hours for back-up. This time, it took the tech about an hour to get machine working properly.

You responded much quicker than we expected and we were able to get the carpet dried out faster than we expected with minimum damage. Thank you

for the second time, I have brown streaks / splotches on my carpet from your chemicals. This happened last time as well. The last time it happened, you sent back a technician that sprayed a chemical and it went away and the carpets looked great. This time, your customer service said all service persons are busy and you cant get back to help for 2 - 3 weeks.... that is poor followup and customer service. feel free to call to discuss. I was not advised of the cost of protection to the carpet until I has an issue with the amount if payment due. When I booked my appt that I wanted the services I always received. When I told the tech that I was appalled by the total of $266, I was told "I wish you had said something before my payment was processed. I was overwhelmed.

My scheduled appointment was between 1:30 and 4pm. I took off a half day of work and went home hoping to get a call some time in that allotted time, however, no one showed up until 5:45. My family normally goes to a church event on Wednesdays, we ended up not going in order to be there for the cleaning to take place. Technician was kind, but I soon found out that the immediate step was to try and upscale me on additional cost treatments to "clean it properly". I ended up very frustrated and spent more money than I had planned on spending. I had a very very poor experience.

We have had you out twice because our carpet mildewed after being cleaned.

The carpet looked cleaned only for the first 4 days then little by little the old spots reappeared
