Our carpet continues to have some stains where our cats were sick. We understand with old carpet that there are high traffic areas however, these stains weren't in that part of the carpet.
Also, we were told that our tech would move furniture up to 50lbs. but my husband and I either helped move things out/back in or moved it ourselves.
The tech was scheduled to come between 11 and 1. A different tech was sent out after 4pm.
Quick friendly service and great results with a clean smelling living space!

Everything - first you were early for the appointment. The tech was excellent, easy to work with, friendly and very well informed. My carpets are the original carpets in the house and they look awesome.

I don't think you can. I still have stains on my rug that I think A cleaning agent could've gotten out. Since you don't use those things, I understand they won't come out. Service was great no problem. I just think the stain should of came out. I am disappointed that the stains did not come. But the service was great thank you.
Our carpet looks horrible! There are water stains and discoloration, neither of which were there prior to ZeroRez servicing our home.
Someone needs to come out to fix this!

My appointment was for a Monday late afternoon, and I had to call to find out he wouldn't be there until after 7pm; so, I rescheduled for the following day. I asked for pet treatment but the price I was told did not match the $790 for a single room that I was charged. That price is so much higher than what I expected.
We have teens in our home and they track in lots of dirt. Tech was able to get out all our spots and our stairs look great
Your machine broke down not once, but twice so our day got turned around with everything we planned out.
got the vomit out of the carpet without a long term stain, floors didn't attract dirt like some detergents

Efficiency
Your proposal was for $10,000 to clean the carpet on out walls in our Ballroom. We could buy new carpet less than that. There are so many things we (or anyone) could do for $10,000. Myself and everyone within our organization are shocked, almost speechless that this could be correct.
We have used Zerorez for years, but this will be the last time. The exact same service last year at the exact same rate per room ($29) cost us $250 for 4 rooms and walk in closet plus the sealant. This year we were charged over $500 for 6 rooms plus walk in closet. Your agent could not explain the pricing. When I questioned how $29 per room for 6 rooms ended up being over $300, he said he wasn't sure what rate I was given in the system. I reminded him I had a coupon, and he said he saw that (he even took the coupon with him). While trying to convince me to let him do the microseal, he could not tell me the price. He did finally tell me the total cost with the microseal would be $500 plus tax. Then I received an invoice that is not itemized, not clear and makes it sound like we waived the microseal. Although he did a good job cleaning the carpets, we definitely feel like we were ripped off on the pricing. And I should mention, he did not clean entire rooms because we did not move beds and other large furniture. The family room was the only room we removed all furniture except for the large TV cabinet. Very disappointed with Zerorez for allowing overpricing.
Spots in living room, worse than before you came out. Called yesterday to have it redone, was told it would be done today between 4:00-6:30, just called now (6:20)to confirm since I have not heard from anyone - no appointment was on the schedule. Not acceptable!
Include 75167 in your regular service area.
Removed so many more stains than I ever would have imagined. Made an old carpet look good enough to keep for a little longer!

We didn't get the gift card to the restaurant, I forgot to ask for it, and there was no mention of it by the technican.
The technican was very nice, careful, and we felt he did a good job. However, on one rug in the bedroom, (an area rug over the existing carpet) it appeared after it dried that about 1/3 of the rug looked different. That's not a very good description of the problem, if you want me to I can take a picture and send to you.
