Durnell was very thorough and friendly. He made the process easy and our carpets looked great when he was finished.
SEND ME THE STEAK HOUSE COUPONS AS ADVERTISED. i HAVE HAD 3 HOMES CLEANED AND NEVER GOT A SINGLE COUPON. Hmmm
No residue. My service technician was so polite and professional.
The professional way every one is. I especially liked this crew. I have noticed that the whatever specials for $99 or something seem to be a basic cleaning. This crew sprayed a pre soak, the they used a machine to get the deep down pile dirt and THEN they cleaned the carpet both upstairs, the stairs and the downstairs in just a matter of hours. OF COURSE I would recommend ZEROREZ to everyone.
We have called you out 3 times due to the carpet mildewing after the first cleaning. The last manager that came out yesterday Monday 11/30/15 was less than professional. He came in and in 45 minutes had supposedly re-cleaned for the third time the carpet. This infact did not happen. Needless to say we are highly disappointed.

I was charged for 5 rooms and my stairs, but only 3 rooms were cleaned. The technician didn't not inform me that he was going to charge me a full room price for cleaning 3 feet on the top of my stairs leading into my game room. After calling your office to voice my concerns I have still not heard back from your manager to correct this issue.
The staff is very friendly and explain what they are about to do before they do it. They are quick and the job is done professionally and the carpet looks great.

I gave Zerorez the opportunity to make things right and that did not happen. Zerorez has been out to my residence before and not once did anyone tell me that the loft or the front room was oversized, not to mention that I have also had Kiwi come out many, many times and not once have they ever told me that my rooms were oversized. However, on Nov. 27 when the technician came out...he said there were two areas oversized. I could not believe it! So I called customer service and the girl told me she would research and call me back. She saw on there where Zerorez had come to my residence and said...yes, you are right there are no oversize charges on any of your past services. So I got charged for 5 bedrooms and two over size charges. It should have been 4 rooms and the stairs. The girl called me back and told me she was waiting on the technician to call her back. At that point I pretty much figured that everything I had told her and what she found on the past service jobs did not mean anything because she was waiting to speak to the technician. She called me back and told me that the technician said they were oversized. I said to her, so every technician that has come out to my residence from Zerorez and the Kiwi service technicians have not ever mentioned to me that they felt my rooms were oversized...so all of them were wrong? That told me pretty much how much value they put in a customers word. So I will not be using Zerorez again.

When the guy arrived, the poor thing was freezing. He said the heater is out in the van. He was shivering. Not sure if your folks use their own vehicles, but it looks poor on Zerorez when employees look like they aren't being treated well.
The carpets were wet for HOURS.
I like the fact that after a few days the diret did not resurface and look like my carpet was never cleaned.
No smelly chemicals. Safe for my cat and me.
They work. Service was great and on time as always.
Gentleman was very nice and tried quite hard, but his machine wasn't working correctly. He tried to fix it, but after he left and the carpet had dried, I realized that the stains were still there and it smelled bad.
Miguel was very courteous and thorough in his cleaning. He was up front about what would not come completely clean and what would be removed from the carpet. He did a great job for us.
As a side note, I would like a bit more honesty in the pricing. Great deals are advertised but, at the end of the day, the pricing is much higher for certain stain treatment, sealing the carpet, pet treatment, etc. You may have it in the fine print and may say something like "conditional restrictions apply" but I would appreciate more honesty about the pricing.
The service person, Tyrone, is your best advertising. He did a very good job.
CHEMICAL FREE
My carpet always looks like 'new' after a Zerorez cleaning _ or better than new. In addition, the serviceman, Cory, was delightful to deal with; someone I enjoyed having in my home.

Who doesn't love having clean carpet without a chemical smell? This was the first time I tried Zerorez and I will never go back to traditional carpet cleaning. Prompt, efficient and friendly service providers. The experience rates 10 out of 10 for me.

The gentleman that cleaned my carpet was on time, extremely friendly and professional. My carpet looks beautiful and i love how fast it dried. Have already recommended you to a co worker and will use you again.
they was very throw and on time....
The technician was great. More scrubbing of the carpet to possibly get the more difficult stains and clumped spots. I understand heavy traffic areas will not come completely cleaned but other carpet cleaning have been able to get those spots out. Also hiding "other fees" is disappointing. Advertising one price on the radio and stating how you can get out many stains out with your patented process for $$$ then you find out it it's really that price is frustrating.
Again the technician was good but I won't use your services again.
