I think you charged way to much compared to last time I used you. I also feel that your employee did not move the end and cocktail tables out enough to get under them to clean the carpet. Using one gallon of Flash mixed should not be that expensive.

I like the fact that due to the technician's explanation about what the products can do for us, I feel like I now have a much more clean home. It also dried in less than half the time it took other products to dry.

The smell did not go away after using the flash treatment. However, I did not request the Flash treatment. When I made the appointment, I told the customer service rep what our problem was and she told me that the topical treatment would work. That is what we signed up for. Instead, the guy who came to do our carpet told us we needed the Flash treatment. So, we did not anticipate paying for it as well.
The friendliness and promptness of the team makes them great. They also run specials and do a great job clening. We have used them 3 times over the past few years and have been very pleased every time!
