Use of water not soap.
It was quick and cleaned good. Did not get all of the streaks out but we did not know if any would clean up. The service tech was friendly and did his job well.
Great technician
Techs are pleasant and seem to really know what they are doing. I like the fact that I feel we are cleaning our carpets in a "good" way.
Horrible horrible. If fact so bad after calling the company asking to speak with supervisor who was reported to be at lunch for over 4 hours I contacted channel 4 and 5 to see if they can help.
Environmentally safe. Makes carpet even feel different.
Was told that tools are able to penetrate under the beds or able to move small furnitures but did not happen. The guy would have charge me more to clean the 180 ft of tiles than the cost of the 6 bedroom and stairs. To top it all would have nickel and dime me for small narrow hallway leading to the stairs!
The carpets came clean and a couple were really dirty and spotty. Bryan was very courteous and helpful with my questions. I definitely will use Zerorez for any future needs.
The crew was professional and polite.
You need to have metal faced small squares to put furniture legs on once the floors have been cleaned. The solution does not come through the paper so the carpet is protected. It's unprofessional to tell the homeowner at the time of service that they need to cut up pieces of plastic to put under their furniture legs. Was told you had Styrofoam blocks for heavy furniture, which doesn't make sense either.
You advertise only hot water - not soap and chemicals, yet, we were told the cleaning solution would strip hardwoods. We put down a large towel to keep the floor from getting wet and to wipe up any water/solution that dripped from the hoses. This was a first.
The carpet was left too wet. It took 3 days for the carpet to dry with the heater on 75 degrees.
how well it cleans-- the carpets do not stay wet "for-ever" after they are cleaned- carpets do not attract dirt quickly after getting cleaned
The tech was very nice and knowledgeable. My ceramic floor looks better than new. Couple of really bad dog stains came out.
Timely & professional. Carpets looked amazing even with extreme pet stains.

I would imagine your products and/or services are, somewhat, close-to-commodity. However, the two technicians you sent were thorough yet fast and very informative.
Quick and quality service! We use you twice a year (minimum!) to keep our new carpets looking that way and also our manufacturer warranty valid!

I appreciate not adding chemicals to our air and that it dries so quickly. I received calls letting me know they would be arriving a bit later. Miguel Pedroza was exceptional. He took great pride in his work and his experience. He knows his "Stuff". With 3 dogs it was a challenge but it smells wonderful now two days later. Thank you, we are ready for the holidays.

Very professional. Carpets look and smell clean. Sill haven't received the $50 gift card that came with the promotion - but I assume it will be mailed to me?
We liked the outcome of our carpet cleaning. The tech was very nice and did a good cleaning. We will use you again next time we need cleaning.
I was annoyed that the service person spent half his time here on his cell phone. He was polite and seemed to care about his work, but having him go outside and sit on my porch talking on his phone for 20 minutes at a time (I do not know who or what he was talking about, one phone call did seem to be about work) was annoying. He left the equipment running both times. So it seemed to drag out longer than it needed to.
Also, I feel that Zerorez has gotten so expensive. My furniture did look great when it was dry today, but gosh, $1100 is just a lot of money to
clean your furniture, which in total time took about an hour. He was here longer because of his phone calls. I'lll have to think about using Zerorez again--just not sure. I've used you all twice before with good results each time
Seems to have done a decent job......dried very quickly.
I am waiting for a few days to see if any stains start to the-appear.
The only aspect I was somewhat disappointed in was the stairs......I will qualify, I was probably expecting a miracle on our 13 year old carpet that hasn't been cleaned as often as it should have been.
I am having a service rep come back to re-clean an area. Once that has been done, I could be a satisfied customer, but of course that event is in the future.

The tech was extremely nice.However, evidently not very experienced. He had an equipment issue and left the carpets excessively wet.
The valve on the water source was faulty and he left water /cleaning solution spots in areas of the house where he was not cleaning.
As a result ,I gave him some rags to use because he said he had exhausted his own supply of dry rags.
I spent the better part of the next day wiping up these dried white spots from his water hose off the brick floors and hard wood .
I did two loads of beach towels that were used to spot up the excess,water on the carpets.
In addition to all of this a large stain on one area of the master bedroom vanity area is worse than it was before and Zerorez can't return until December 14th.
I am not happy.
Carpets is finally dry .
