It was done very fast and met the expectation.
You need better customer service technician on the phone asking questions pertaining to a person's home
The throughness that was done. I tlked with your techinician and explained what I required. He done everything requested. I have already recommended your services to a friend.
Your products and service are great. This is the third time we have used ZEROREZ and will continue as their products work.
The technician was very nice, however, first of all, I was told the bill would be $126. with a possible $60.00 for pet stain. It ended up being $217. On top of that he was unable to get the stains out of the carpet. He said well, it must have been there a very long time. No, the carpet is only about 14 months old.

No chemicals
When I signed up for the service, I was told we'd receive a $50 coupon to Brazilian Steakhouse. We did not receive that coupon.
The technician was outstanding and the results were excellent. Very pleased!!!
Clean and fast
Jody Dean radio doesnt tell you 39.00 is for 3 rooms minimum and no pet stain/odor removal. The gal on the radio show says her pet odors are gone but doesn't say it's extra. Misleading advertisement by your company! Minimum Charge is 109. for surface dirt for one room and no pet stain/odor removal. You get surface dirt cleaning for 50.00 a room if 2 room areas. Stains still there like coffee and wine. I did 2 small rooms and gave him 109 dollars. Cancelled my other house. Plus you say 8am but then really mean 2 hour window. For first appointment??? Not worth it if pet stains and odors are not treated for 50.00 a room. Merry Christmas!!
It has just been one day since Durnell cleaned our carpet and already it appears that it is standing up to the advertising. Durnell is a professional. During our conversation I learned that he recently retired from the United States Army after 26 years of service. He is a good man and I am glad to know that Zerorez is hiring Veterans.
Our carpet has not looked or felt so clean since we first moved in 10 years ago. We are looking forward to the old stains not returning. We plan to have the carpet cleaned again in 4 to 6 months and get on a regular maintenance schedule as a means of protecting our carpet for years to come. When we book the appointment we will ask for Durnell.
When I booked the ordered, I was told I would received 100 sq ft of tile cleaning plus and restaurant gift card. I was not offered either one. The carpet cleaning was great but a bit on the pricey side.

Offer many diffrent services to clean
Did not provide dryer vent cleaning or a unit cleaning with air duct charges.

It would have been helpful to have an estimated time for the job to be completed; it also would have been good to know about how long the drying time is, whether or not the machine needed to stretch the carpet was available ahead of time...information that I needed, but did not have until the representative arrived. But overall, the day ended and all is well. Thank you.
