Non-toxic
Your process simply did not live up to advertisement.
Although our carpet is about 15 years down extensive 10-15" wide
ripples extend across rooms.
Now will cost extra $'s to have carpet stretched !
Also some areas had to be re-cleaned.
The tech was clean & did his best.

Great communication and exceptional service. Fred was great. When I decide to get my tile cleaned I would like to request Fred to come again.
Not send a hard sell, commission driven sales rep dressed as a carpet cleaning technician to clean my 8 rental properties.
Not charge an obscene $60 room to treat urine smells. You have a black light. You know where it is. I don't understand why the whole room or whole house has to be treated when there isn't urine over all of it.
I used to recommend you guys nonstop. But now, only in worst case scenarios.

No chemicals used in the cleaning process
My carpet looks like new without using all those awful chemicals. Braxton did a phenomenal job...I'm thrilled with the outcome!
It cleaned pet stains that other kinds of products did not clean. Also your employee, Cesar, was very polite and thorough.
Be on time
Seems the assessment for what constitutes a room is arbitrary. If I have a room with just a pathway to the bathroom - hardly constitutes 10x10. I liked my tech but I think he could have combined a couple of rooms that only had a pathway in and out and covered mostly with furniture. He didn't have to move anything either so that would have made it worth having him out more frequently.

Timely -- and it works! yeaa! Gary was an excellent, friendly/professional representative -- and we will definitely be looking forward to "our" Zerorez Guy in the near future -- we do hope we can keep the same one!!!! Will share our experience with all the neighbors (we have a close-knit neighborhood -- sharing quite a few outside contractors -- which makes it easy for them -- cause they go just house to house!!!
As advertised, your product doesn't use soap or chemicals and leaves behind a great looking carpet! I'm so happy about my cleaning and my sincere thanks to Brad Kramer for the excellent job he did cleaning my carpets.

Environmentally clean and does not use chemicals. The service technician was careful and treated the house with care.
I like the fact that there is no residue. The technician that did my carpets (Bryson Steward) did a great job! He has done the best job of any one from Zerorez we have ever had. He got to my house at 5 pm and worked really hard until he finished the whole time with a good attitude.

Your employee was super nice and efficient. He was very respectful and did a wonderful job. When the previous person cleaned our carpet it did not dry for 3 days. When your rep left the carpet felt completely dry. As a matter of fact I was walking on it in stocking feet and didn't feel any dampness. The special you were running was really a super deal.
