How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

When I booked the appt I asked for the Jodi dean special (99 for 3 rooms plus tile cleaning) I only had one room and a hall done ha a two foot by two foot area treated for two pet stains and paid almost two hundred dollars floor were extra wet when he left unable to put furniture back until later the next day just not a good job

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Technicians were very good and accommodating and helpful. However, they delivered an area rug that had to be sent back to be re-cleaned. This service was originally started on sept 15th where the original tech cleaned the rug in my home. The cleaning made my whole house smell like Urine and wet dog once the rug was cleaned. I had a large urine dog spot that was dormant and had been spot cleaned in my home by other companies 2 previous times (the smell has been dormant for 5 years - we currently do not have any dogs nor have had one for 5 years) but never thoroughly dip cleaned, so it resurrected the odor and made it worse. But it was then recommended (at a significantly higher cost) to send it out and dip clean it to remedy the problem and get rid of the odor. The appointment time that was scheduled to deliver the area rug on october 13th between 10-2 came and went with nobody showing up so I had to call to find out where they were. The manager had to reschedule delivery for the following day which he did for the 1st morning appointment. When they brought the rug back, the spot still smelled bad. So I sent it back to be re-done. While I realize the spot and stain may never fully go away, I expected and was told that the spot would not smell anymore or be so prevalent after being dipped and dried. I paid a lot of money for this (because I felt like that was my only option without throwing out the rug or living with the urine smell ) and wish I had not approved the original in home cleaning to begin with on sept 13th. I hope that the problem will be solved when my rug is delivered in a few weeks.

What do you like about our products and services?

Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. Angel, in customer service was very helpful. We were asked to host, with very little lead time, a memorial and reception here at the church. Angel was very helpful in getting our appointment expedited before this service was scheduled to take place. Ed and his partner who came to the church to do the work were especially courteous, professional, and really went above and beyond to make sure the job was done well. They took responsibility for this job as if our church was their own church. We will be repeat customers for Zeroez.

How about a simple Trifold Brochure explaining everything for 1st time customers?

I think a trinket magnet too for the refrigerator with your number.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

My apt time was 4-6:30..... At 6:00 I recieved a call to let me know that the technician was delayed and would be arriving between 6:30 and 7:30. It was 9:00 when the technician arrived. When he got hear my husband had to hook up our garden hose because the tech was out of water. So I'm a little skeptical that theres some special water used in the process. He cleaned two rooms and then returned the following day to clean the orher two rooms i needed cleaned...In all I spent 8 hours waiting and the job took no more than 2 hours. I was not impressed with the results. Reading the information on line and hearing the radio ads I expected better results. The results where no better than any other carpet cleaning.
I suppose my disappointment is that while the process may not use chemicals and detergents it also doesnt remove the soil and grime from the carpet. I cant say if the longer term results are better or not as the job was just completed..

I'm surprised that the carpet doesn't look any better than it does. It was dirty, because the water was dirty, but the carpet that wasn't cleaned looks just like the carpet that was cleaned.

The pre-treatment was very sketchy, minimal, tossed out like grass seed. The tech asked if we had vacuumed before he came. We had done so. He probably cleaned thoroughly because the carpet looked good when he finished, but now the tire marks from my walker have darkened again.

I was very disappointed with the tile cleaning. I can't tell that much was done and the grout is still dirty. The carpet cleaning turned out well, but not the tile.

You charged me more that you quoted on the phone. You never provided me a copy of invoice too. I sent a mail to Email address removed and Email address removed, but they never provided any response even after more that two weeks. Disappointing customer service.

Our service technician was incredibly professional and friendly. He cleaned our carpet expeditiously, explained how long it needed to dry, thanked us for our business and left. Our carpets look so clean and the whole room smells fresh. We will definitely use Zerorez again!
