This was the second pair of cleaners that visited our home. The initial cleaning did not remove the rug smell, so this group came to pick up the rug for additional, inhouse cleaning.
I had some complaints about the first pair of cleaners that had visited the previous day. I discussed these complaints with the second group that came. They were very apologetic and provided suggestions on how to remedy the situation.
Our stained concrete floors were scratched when the cleaners pushed our sectional couch across the floor instead of lifting and moving. Additionally, I was uncertain of the exact rug size, so I estimated when I made the appointment. The scheduler said the cleaners would measure for exact size when they came to clean the rug. They never did measure and billed based off my estimate. As a result I was slightly overcharged.

The product and tech were great once he got there. However we were told we were the first call that morning and would be there between 8 & 10. I called at 9;30 and ask if I was the first call were was he. The person who answered the phone got him on the phone and he said he was having truck problems but was now on the way. Funny, that was the same excuse we got the last time we used your services and the tech was late.
I was a little late getting home to my apartment to meet the rep. Not only was I sick that day, I had worked on a huge project at work and then there was an overturned semi on the highway. When I got out of my vehicle, I rushed over to greet the rep and apologize. He said, "Hello Ms. Vice. No worries. I wasn't going to leave until the job was done." I was SPEECHLESS!!!!!
The young man that serviced my carpet was thorough, courteous and careful to detail. I can count on one hand how many great customer services that I had as such, and still not make it to five. Somewhere down the line, everything changed into "a company just needs to make money!"
My carpet was beautifully cleaned, and for the first time my allergies calmed down from the dust trapped deep in the carpet. It was so bad before, I couldn't even sit in the living room, even after I had vacuumed the carpet. There is still a dust problem stemming from the fabric couch I have, but will be on its way out the door this weekend. I'm going to have Zerorez come back out to clean the carpet in the next month.

I like not having all the soapy products used on the carpet. The service people are very friendly and polite and work hard to make it a good experience for the customer.
The kid who came out to our home this past Saturday, 24th was very irrating to say the least. All he wanted to do was sell me other services. When I told him not interested.....he argued with me regarding how you can get dog urine up....how I needed to get that microfiber done...needed new filters, etc. cost of prox $1500.00. Really ??? He just kept on and on when I told him I wasn't interested. All he wanted to do was talk instead of clean the carpet. Very annoying....first time I have experienced this with Zero Rez. BTW...DO NOT send him back to my house. What was his name so I will remember to remind YOU not to send him back.

I don't think you can make things right because I don't want you guys to come back and re-treat, and I doubt you'd refund any of my money. Although the treatment cleaned up the carpets overall, and helped with a few stains, at the same time, it also caused many stains to re-appear. I had to hand re-treat many stains in my house afterwards. I don't understand why this occurred, but it did.
