Your process is very good, it is thorough, getting out the dirt and crude built up in the carpets without leaving dirt catching chemicals. The carpet does not feel "crunchy" when you walk over it as it did when other companies cleaned them.

You didnt... it was an off white cotton twill couch and the workman you sent did all he could,but I waited for it to dry and thought maybe that would help, but it didnt.. it is just with all the great radio commercials about how you get things really clean with this method, it just didnt work on this.. was a lot of money and I probably could have done better with a scrub brush and cleaner and probably will be my next step.. the only reason I wouldnt recommend it is because it didnt work for me, but it might work well on a dark colored sofa.. sorry.

I like Matt Shaw your tech. I have used you 4 times now and Matt is the best! You sent someone different once and Matt had to come back and redo it. I'm not sure I would be as comfortable using your company without having Matt. Your product may be great , but it is only as good as your techs representing it. I can only say Matt is a great representative!!!

I was given a price quote but I was then told by the carpet tech that more was needed at additional cost. Approval for additional cost must come from our home office in Kansas.
The approval process takes time. I need a bid that I can get approved and know that the job will be completed for that price.
I'm not really happy with the dirty looking areas, especially on the second chair. I even asked about that before they left. I was told it was because it was still wet. The guys that came were efficient. I just don't feel good about the results. The second chair now has spots that weren't there before. As to what you can do to improve, I don't know.
Carpet did not seem as clean as i expected. Tech did a good job.

The carpet was thoroughly cleaned and my technician did a great job explaining everything. The pet removal product was expensive which is the only reason I didn't give you a 10.
So far, I am very impressed with the actual service of Zerorez. The techs were here when they said they would be (although I did not get a call 30 minutes to them showing up here but that's okay). They were very thorough with the cleaning, showing me the water filter and the way the process takes place. What would really make Zerorez a great company would be for the scheduling staff and scheduling process to be as competent and efficient as the service technicians. I have never experienced the unprofessional and inefficient practice of scheduling your company exhibits. Training is definitely needed in that area of your business.
