I like the fact they do not leave my carpets wet and use less chemicals.
The cleaning machine left very stiff marks on the carpet upstairs. We vaccumed after the carpet dried and the marks did not come out. To fix it, you can make the carpet look smooth with no marks.

Friendly efficient worker. Only negative was that I had to call to find out why the worker hadn't arrive on time. Or why he was delayed. The service worker was the one to tell me that he was taking over for the man who was suppose to clean the rugs because of truck problems.
Customer service so far has been excellent. At my technician's recommendation, I decided to have my area rug cleaned at your facility so I can't comment yet on the finished product. Both times I called to schedule, I spoke to Angel who was so courteous, informative and helpful. I also spoke to Ronnie when I changed the work order...same great attitude and level of service as Angel. LaPaul was the technician who came to my house on Oct 14. He was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I am very happy with your customer service.

The service tech left more visible stains than had been visible when he came. I had to wait 6 days for a new tech to come out to fix the problems. The second tech did an excellent job and showed his experience level. The first tech had a lot to deal with, I guess, and I am sure with more training he will be an excellent employee.
I like the fact that you use a system that employs the use of water and no cleansing products which leaves no residues in the carpet.

I had seen the commercials about Zerorez and was excited to finally make the appointment to have my carpets cleaned. I was very appreciative with the time both men took to make sure all my questions were answered and I was satisfied completely with the work they did. Both men were very professional in their appearance and the knowledge of their products. I have told several people about Zerorez and the service I experienced. I most definitely will use their services in the future.

This was by far the best service ever. My wife's dog violated our house and the tech was able to pull it out of the pad and the carpet and left no stains. I thought the carpet was going to need to be replaced. You also cleaned my tile floors and shower stalls. Thanks for saving me $$$$. We were able to list our house on time. I will be using Zerorez forever.
