I appreciate his professionalism and desire to exceed my expectations. I am glad to learn that furniture and area rugs can also be cleaned in this manner.

After my carpets dried completely it did not look like they had even been cleam. Most of the stains where gotten out. There were a few stains after drying that did not come out completely

No Chemicals, good service. But I don't appreciate that you won't backup the pet stain treatment I received. I got the email that says if smell or stains come back, it's too bad, so sad, but you will not come out and finish treating them. I paid a lot of money and that is not the type of service follow-up that I expected from your firm.

+Well, after a month, I'm STILL waiting for my carpet to be fixed correctly. And we are moving in 2 weeks!! Ugh!
