Total excperience was very professial.
Quick and did a great job!
Take better care when spraying pre soak and when cleaning grout. The representative sprayed the press ray and splashed cabinets, refrigerators, and appliances. I noticed this after he left and had to clean the items. Also, when cleaning my grout, he allowed standing water to accumulate on my new wood floors. That is not good for them. It was only after I pointed this out that he took care to not have this happen in other areas.
It's green
The tech was fabulous. However, we are very disappointed in how our master bedroom didn't get cleaned very well. He worked so hard on rest of house by the time he reached our bedroom he was worn out. It looks like it wasn't even cleaned. We know it was. Not sold on Zerorez. I was hoping to have my commercial business cleaned but also not able to get in touch with the agent. I've been trying for it feels like 2 weeks. I guess I'll call someone else.
Very pleased with the effort, care taken, and benefit of Zerorez. Eric was very kind and provided us with excellent service.
He was here on 9/26 and we expected to have received our new 'special' a/c filters by now.

Clean feel of carpet
The tile grout floor in the kitchen and laundry room when it dried out does not look good for what I paid for. My expectations is that it should look very presentable and clean and id DOES NOT.
I would like Zerorez to send a new person (no charge to me) that will take the time to make sure it is done accurately so it look good.
Always great service, knowledgeable, on time, professional, but above all your results are fantastic, whether it is cleaning carpets or our most recent service of air ducts and dryer vent.
The carpet is very clean and it even seems softer.

The method
The technician was very efficient and knowledgeable. He made sure everything was done correctly and even gave me suggestions on getting my a/c vents cleaned. This was the best experience I have had with Zerorez.
There was a large spot in my hall that I told the man I knew he could not get it out!! Guess what it's out, Will use Zerorez again. Love my carpet.
The tech Fred Vines that came to redo the carpet cleaning was awesome. He did cleaning processes to our carpet that was not done the first round. .He used plastic corner protectors, and placed a clear filter so i could see what dirt was being removed. He used a large blue roller brush that lifted dirt out of the carpet fibers.. The carpet was probably at least 75% cleaner after he cleaned . He also gave us tips on general cleaning on our kitchen tiles and not to use Pinesol on the floor because it is
leaves a residue on the kitchen floor and therefore it brings residue on the carpet, which therefore causes a dirt magnet.
Fred was very courteous , polite, professional and informative. We know Fred is a new employee but we feel he is a true asset to your company
because he did the job like it should have been done the first time. When we need to get our carpet cleaned again we will ask for Fred
specifically . Please give Fred a big high five from us. FRED HAS NOW MADE US RAVING FANS OF ZEROREZ !!!!! THANKS FOR SENDING THE BEST TECH YOU HAVE!!!
The spots that appeared after my first cleaning on
9-25 are still visible after the 2nd cleaning on10-3.
