The carpets are so clean now and your employee was so professional.

The quality if service
That there are no harsh chemicals used. The service man was courteous, explained what he would be doing and answered all my questions about Zerorez. I will use your company again. Very pleased with the end results.

Thorough cleaning with no residue. Very knowledgeable technician.
Very lightweight items in bedrooms were not picked up to clean carpet underneath. Heavy traffic area of carpet still shows dirt spots. Free area of tile was not cleaned.
Carpets stay cleaner longer because there's no soap to attract the dirt. Personnel is always friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we're happy. Highly recommended!

They were the only company who were able to remove the stains on my carpet.
I like your process of spraying the carpet, brushing it, then cleaning it and raking it. I like the fact that the tech was not hurried; he went over several traffic areas 2 or 3 times to remove spots. The carpet felt and looked clean and smelled fresh.
You do a very good job cleaning. Live that you scotch guard and I really love that you also clean and seal tile.
I have always felt very confident in those technicians you send out to my home. My technician was awesome. Thorough and Also very personable.
My last service including picking up an area rug for factory cleaning. Appt. made over the phone and paid for. I still do not have a receipt though I've spoken to two different employees and Zerorez. I paid for the service on 8/11, the rug was picking up on 8/13, and today's date in 9/30 (more than 6 weeks later). Also, after waiting five weeks to hear that my area rug was ready to be delivered back to me, I called Zerorez to learn that they had a rug with no tag on it. It was my rug. And delivery was challenging. I scheduled a delivery date of 9/28 between 10a - 2p (the only delivery window). Just before 11am I received a recorded message stating that it would be delivered between 8:30am and 11am. So I called to confirm that it would be between 10am and 2pm and that I would receive a call 30 minutes before delivery. This did not occur with this SECOND rug either. I called Zerorez at 1:50p and was finally told that the truck was on its way and would be at my home by 2pm.
When you tell a customer that he/she will receive a call 30 minutes out, someone should make the call. When two staff members say that they will handle getting the receipt to you, that's what should happen. Employee #2 told me she would handle it on 9/28, the day I called to find out where my run was. Today, two days later I still have not emailed receipt.
When area rugs are picked up for cleaning, be sure they are identified.
