Don't get the heavy wet carpet smell, drying time always seems to be less than the standard, your techs are always so polite! And you always get everything clean!!!!

You guys did an amazing job on our carpet and helped us get to closing! We live in the Austin area now so I don't think you cover services down here, but you guys are great!

No residue and dries fairly quickly, great follow up with arrival time, calls, reminders, etc. Our technician was amazing - he was friendly, efficient and very thorough with the cleaning!

The last person we had from ZeroRez was terrible but the person that came this time was very cordial and helpful. He dud a great job. I like the way my carpets look after ZeroRez better than any other carpet cleaning service

My appointment was between 1:30-4p. You all showed up at 4:15p. I needed him to be done by 4p. As a first-time customer, it would have been great for you to underpromise and overdeliver. I was also supposed to receive the cannon special - a free tile cleaning. He didn't mention it and I didn't have time for it. He was very nice, very thorough and got the spots out of my carpet so I am pleased with that.

Schedule more time for techs. My appointment time was 4:30-6, Tech was not able to come until 7:25.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I have used ZeroRez before and was completely satisfied, however this last time I was given one price over the phone and when the serviceman arrived he immediately tried to upsell me another $120 for pet stains. The last time I had the work done, there was no mention of any additional charges, and even this time, there was no mention of additional charges to take care of pet stains. I told the serviceman about it, but he simply acted like I was trying to cheat him.

Great service. Fabian was professional, knowledgeable and informative. The level of assistance and workmanship was top notch. When you understand as a customer the philosophy behind the cleaning process Zerorez uses on your carpet, there's no reason to ever use anyone else. I've used the carpet cleaning service several times and as long as the company is around I will again. And of course, I will definitely ask for Fabian the next time I need Zerorez. Thank ya'll for providing a quality service at a fair price in such an awesome way!
