You could be a little more diligent in identifying and pretreating spots in the carpet.
We really liked meeting the last representative to visit our home to fully explain the operation and systems in use with the HealthWay filter. We did not fully understand how/if it was working properly and nearly returned it, but after ongoing use as instructed by the Zero Res representative, we love it.
The service on this last visit - due to the information, history and guidance about how to properly use the filter- was exceptional.
I would recommend this home filter to anyone wanting to upgrade their home systems to something that rids rooms of dander, odd smells/fumes and wants to breath without any of the symptoms of asthma, like me. I have been diagnosed previously with asthma, taking steroids repeatedly in the past, and recently I had experienced coughing, dry eyes and ongoing congestion, but when I am near the filter - in the room where it's left on - all of my symptoms dissipate and I can work for hours undisturbed by any asthmatic irritations. I was diagnosed about 10 years or so ago, and I do cough when I'm around allergens and heavy pollution - but with this filter - life is outstanding. No asthma symptoms at all! Great for kids, families with pets, and/or anyone wanting to breath clear and fully - without medications (like me)!
Love the HealthWay filter - and I would recommend it and the service we received to anyone on allergy mediations or experiencing ongoing congestion or exposure to allergens that are hard to eliminate with traditional Hepa or other so-called "allergen" filters.

When all the carpet and rugs were wet, they looked great. The next day, every stain was still there! $1100 later and I'm very disappointed.

I was extremely satisfied with my carpet and tile grout cleaning. It looks new and fresh! Brent did a fabulous job; I even called the next day to let you know what an awesome job he did. He explained everything he did and was personable. I highly recommend Zerorez!
