I recommended U to a friend couple of years ago. Cane out, cleaned carpets. He had spot he told them to leave alone. They tried to clean it anyway and made it worst. He called Zeroez. Nothing resolved. No I will not recommend U even though I use U. A 4 hour waiting window is hard when u work during the week and spend all afternoon waiting. You always advertise about some
Type gift, well I have never been given it yet. This ad mentioned gift card at restaurant. Have you heard of false advertising?
ALthough the gentleman scheduled to clean our carpet arrived later than we were told to expect him, he was kind, careful, and thorough. He did a great job! On another note: The coupon I had said we would receive a gift card to a restaurant of $50, but we did not receive this.

I was not at the property for the cleaning. The house was completely empty with the exception of 2 couches in the living room. It was very disappointing that the technician didn't bother to move the only 2 pieces of furniture in the entire home in order to clean under them. I moved them (very easily) and found Legos and dirt under the couches - clearly not moved. I've heard your ads on AM660 for years and have always wanted to try the company. I'm sorry to say that I won't call again.
The carpet is the cleanest is has ever been.. it is very green and the technician is very polite.Also all cost are explained upfront. I was given a choice and the technician did not try to pressure me.
I have always recommended zerorez, to everyone, this past weekend I had my carpets done and paid the extra 60.00 for the pet treatment and it was a WASTE OF MONEY! I was worse than before the cleaning, so I feel that they took advantage and I will let everyone know that.
I like how the technician will recommend a service based upon his visual inspection of the carpet when on site. The recommendation is not pushy, but informative.
Quick drying. Friendly employees.
(1) No residue left in area rug to attract more dirt. (2) Zerorez keep me updated regarding the time that the technician would arrive. (3) Technician explained everything I needed to know about cleaning my area rug and also gave me complete instructions on how to use the spot treater I purchased.
This is the first time I used Zerorez and I was a little wreary about my carpets being cleaned using no chemicals. But they came out almost new. Even some of the stains I tried to have removed in the past came up. The tech who came out was a few hours late, because they were behind. However, I am really happy with the job zerorez did on my carpet and will most definetly use zerorez again. THANK YOU!!!!

Techinician was very friendly, timely, knowledgeable, and did a great job. He went above and beyond. My carpet was just awful, and I feel like I have a new house after he left.
Implement a Better system to estimate cost of floor cleaning. Maybe certain questions ca be asked during the initial phone call by the Zero Rez representative to help the customer determine the type of floor they would like to be cleaned so the Zero Rez representative can give them an estimate of the sq. footage charge based on the type of floor ( ie., hardwoods, ceramic tile, travertine etc).
Robert was the big win for me. He was knowledge and spent a good deal of time explaining the product and provided demonstrations of the different services. The same day of my service I recommended you to my neighbor
