Booking the appointment was really bad. Then they would call and lie to me about when he would show up and their attitude was like they could care less. The tech was great and did a great job the office sucks!

"Zero residue" is not just a jingle - it's true. Travis was awesome. He worked diligently and efficiently, and took great care to deal with my challenging carpet issues. He was also extremely respctful and well-mannered. Great job!

Carpet was very dirty. It looks like new. Service tech was very thorough and very professional. Will use again.

My house is vacant. I paid your technician and asked him to lock the door and put the key in the lockbox I put on the door (I showed him what to do).
The left the front door standing open about 4" which I did not find until the next day, so my house was not secure.
Also, still have minor juice type spots in the entry hall way to the family room.
I would like that area re-cleaned.

I though the technician did a good job. The rugs stayed wet for 12+ hours vs. 5 hours which was what I was told.

Also, one of the area rugs that was cleaned on site stunk up the whole house (for 2 days)and I had to have a follow up visit. I'm not sure that I would've had that done if I would've known in advance. (wet dog smell)

Ron was awesome. He was very friendly and informative. We will be referring more of our clients.

I would like the opportunity to let you know that I am very pleased with the work Payton did since I had tried a free tile cleaning area,I was convinced to do my whole tiles everything came out terrific .I have never been 100% pleased before but Ican tell you ,Payton is by far the best Technician. The clean was great, but the mis quoted price was unacceptable. We told you everything you even marked it but put a zero for price for the stairs. Then upcharged us for them to be done.

All of my stains are still there. He didn't get any of them out. Also a lot of hidden cost. Plus I never received my gift card I was promised. Will never use this company again and will not be recommending this company either.

The online reservation service wasn't responsive, so I had to call. Phone rep was terrific and I got a quick appointment to help out with a pet accident. This was our first time to use Zerorez; the pet stains, despite paying the extra $60 for the treatment, didn't get the stains out like it would have when we used Dalworth or Stanley Steemer in the past. It looks like it needs a re-treatment. The technician didn't say the stains would not come up, or we would have been interested to know other treatment options while he was at our house.
