My 4 yr old granddaughters walked in, exclaimed we bought new carpet, and laid down on it because it was so soft! Never had that kind of response when carpets have been cleaned before.
The technicians were knowledgable and very dedicated to pleasing me, the customer, by making sure they did their job to the fullest. I had not expected the service to take as long as it did but because Mark wanted to clean my carpets to my satisfaction he took extra time to concentrate on heavily soiled areas.
I like the way my carpets look after ZEROEZ has cleaned them; in fact, my entire house seems to be fresh after my carpets are cleaned. Plus, their personnel always seems to be both knowledgeable and very courteous; the latest technician, Mr. Fred Vines, was extremely so! He was experienced, helpful and he went above and beyond to satisfy my requests. (In fact, he was also a good salesman since I bought a air purifier from him!).
Your time 'windows' are off. That is very off-putting to customers. I, for one, stayed home all day in order to 'be there' when your call came. It came about the time your time 'window' had run out. There must be a better way!

Friendly techs that love what they do and take pride in it. The last tech shared a tip about cleaning tile floors with white vinegar. I tried it and love the clean floors.

timely arrival for appointment, neat appearance and confident attitude of gentleman prepared to give my carpet it's BEST cleaning, ever! His words! He did just that. I have been using ZeroreZ for 3 or 4 years and I am always surprised and pleased with the outcome. A happy customer.
The cleaning was $2000.00 for a house under 1400 sq house. The tiles had streaks of dirt left on them. A supervisor had to come out to see the mess and a re-cleaning had to be done. NOT Happy about the cost or the service quality. My sister in law had the same experience with dissatisfaction in arrival time and performance and cost.

NOT SURE, MY CARPETS ARE 18 YEARS OLD AND HAD NEVER BEEN CLEANED, SO OBVIOUSLY THEY WERE DUE. I WAS HOPING THE HIGH TRAFFIC AREAS WOULD HAVE GOTTEN CLEANER THAN THEY DID. THE TECHNICIAN SAID THAT THEY WOULD GET CLEANER IF I STAYED ON A SCHEDULE OF 6 TO 9 MONTHS, OVERALL I AM HAPPY WITH THE RESULS.

Late arrival, only one Tech meant it took a long time (3 hours), no vacuuming, no stain pre-treating, hallway cost almost 3 times more than a room. Tech did hand mop tile but used a dirty mop head to dry off water that left film/dirt on hardwoods where they bordered tile. Carpets were good and tile cleaned well, but still hoping the seal on my grout was not removed in the process. Nothing terrible, but will probably return to the company I have used before. They have team of 2, on time, fast, vacuum, pre-treat for stains (better results), cost less and carpets and tile look just as goood.
What I really like is your service technicians. I am so mad at myself for not being able to remember the service manager's name who has come out the last two times. I think it was Omad. But he has been so professional and so personable and so willing to do whatever it took. He has made y'all look good! You should pay him well for it. And most importantly, it's been a couple days, plenty of time to dy, and our carpet still looks good. Thank you for doing whatever it took!
Service technician was very thorough and professional.
I submitted an email request with a tentative date. I received a call within a reasonable amount of time. The customer service representative was polite and knowledgeable. She explained charges and expectations. The appointment was scheduled within my time request. As promised, I received a call that the tech would be at my home in half an hour. The tech arrived promptly, even though it was raining! He further explained everything including prices. He quickly did the work. The price was as quoted.
There was no pressure to add other services. The tech was very nice. The work is great.
I will definitely use them again.
