Well, I paid $240.00 to get (4) pet stains out of the den and (1) pet stain out of the dining room and it's "not guaranteed". Exactly how much does it cost to guarantee it ? I wasn't told there was non-guaranteed and guaranteed stain removals.

The service man, Robert Ochoa was outstanding! he really showed and explained all the steps of Zerorez services as well as what was left behind(suds and dirt...) from another well known carpet cleaner company who cleaned my floors only 2 weeks prior - amazing. I love the fact of not only how you clean but what you clean with. I feel this is very safe for my grandkids but just feels fresher and clean. I will continue to use Zerorez and absolutely will recommend this to my family and friends.

My carpet didn't come clean at all stains still there after drying we noticed I scrubbed on a few myself and they came out so I know they should have come clean

Your technicians were great to work with; accommodating, polite, and efficient! The only criticism I could give would be that we did not receive a confirmation call for our appointment time the day before, as specified in the email we received after initially scheduling.

Your service is very professional and communication is great. How ever my call was to hopefully get some bleach drip marks on carpet dyed (as close as possible) the the colour of the carpet. When the technician arrived and realized what the service call was for, I was informed that Zerores dose not provide that kind of service. Had I been told that when I made the appointment, I would have continued my search for help with my problem. And I did tell the people with whom I spoke with originally that this was what I needed, I felt there was no misunderstanding in what my call was about. As a matter of fact the lady that I spoke with checked with her supervisor before we made the appointment . I understand that my request is not a popular one and I was not expecting a miracle, but plugging the mark is just not an option at this point.

Excellent service, used twice with no concerns

Very nice people to work with. Always go over everything to make sure you are satisfied before leaving. We have used Zerorez several times and ALWAYS been very happy. Would totally recommend you to everyone.

First, I did not like the paperless presentation. It was very difficult to remember all that I was told. Spots did not go away (did not know they were not guaranteed until I received email receipt). I will be going back to Blackmon Mooring. Used them in Lewisville & they cleaned spots and spots never returned. I had decided to use you because of the commercials on WRR.
