It worked

All the tile & grout was cleaned in the house and now there are places the grout is lighter and places it is darker. I think tey did not do a thorough cleaning and now it looks worse.

The tech showed up 45 min late and was there over 2 hours. His equipment did not work properly and I had to help him jerry rig it to get it to work. He had to ask me if he could dump his dirty water in my driveway. Mind you that all this time my wife and 2 kids were out driving around waiting to come home to get ready for school the next morning. I don't blame the tech for most of the problems, and he was professional and courteous.

Eric and Braxton did a great job and we are very pleased with the results. ZEROREZ has a real winner in Eric, he has gone the extra mile for us and his overall knowledge of is much appreciated. Thank you for a job well done.

On time, professional, carpets look and feel great.

On more than one occasion we've had trouble reaching someone in the commercial division to schedule work. With this last job we waited about a day and half before we called back in to follow up on it, and we were able to speak with someone on the phone to schedule with. The associate I spoke with was very helpful and the cleaner did a good job. You would be our go to carpet cleaner, but we have so much trouble reaching someone that we end up having to schedule with someone else.

Service rep did a great job and was very helpful. Service line to set up my appointment was easy to work with and timely (did not have to wait on hold for long at all).

They work and they're good for the environment

I think you have made some changes. The contractor you send was very knowledgeable. However when it came to the bill, I showed him a coupon from a website that was very reasonable and he said he cannot accept bit and wanted $240. He said it would have to be a special that there advertising. I then told him of the Jodi Dean special and he lowered it to $140 at least that is what he told me. I never received no receipt.
He wasn't able to get some pet stain out. Before you were always able to get the out.
Overall I was a little disappointed.

The carpet was very clean, and the young man who cleaned the carpet was very nice and speedy.

Good service and ver professional staff

Our service tech did an outstanding job. Fabian Moreno went above and beyond to ensure that a quality job was done and that we were thoroughly satisfied with his services. Our carpets are 9 years old and they almost look brand new.

The service was very good. But i still have some pet odor in my carpet after using special pet odor eliminator.
