The first technician that visited did not do a very good job leaving spots, extremely wet carpet and not recommending pet treatment. However, you did send out a technician that corrected the problems and I was pleased with his work.
Service representative was friendly
Some areas of the carpets were left quite wet, and took more than 24 hours to dry. Make sure your technicians are properly trained on how to do their job. He was a really nice guy, though.
It is hard to answer this question yet, because while we thought the cleaning was good, there was some damage to our house. Our guy had his shoe covers on which were wet, slipped on our tile as a result and broke our metal baby gate, to help break his fall. While we were very concerned for his well being, our baby gate is broken and will have to purchase another this week for around $60. He stated he was going to submit an incident report, so we are still waiting on some resolution to this problem.
Additionally, he gave us a tile demo on our entryway (which we appreciated). However the amount of water used for the presoak was so much, it actually soaked up into the legs of our bench and now we have noticeable water damage and bowing of one side of the bench. We did not notice this until after putting items back where they went that same day.

We were out of town but I had left notes on the doors of the 3 piece of furniture we needed you to move. They weren't too heavy or difficult, and has we had recently moved our furniture in one of the rooms and the carpet UNDER HFY

Ricardo was great - excellent customer service and very conscientious about his job. Whole experience was effortless.
Professional and not pushy
Techs are courteous, competent, prompt. They explain and say what can or cannot be done in treating the carpet.
I had trouble getting an appointment, then when I did they could not allow the promotion offered in my email. Then they set up a time and came 2 hours earlier. Then they were instructed to call me for payment and they took my son's debit after telling him it wasn't paid for. I asked when setting up the appointment if I could be called for payment and the instructions were placed on the ticket that way- this was to be a gift!
Service was performed on Dec. 10, 2015. Overall it was ok just didn't feel for the price I paid that the results were anything special/better than current cleaning service. I had a few pet issues (cat urine) that I knew would be a problem & we couldn't resolve without further financial cost to me. So...knowing we were replacing that small area of carpet (which I paid to have that room cleaned) in the future, we had to go ahead & replace the carpet before Christmas (unexpected). There were some other small spots that the pet stain has "returned"/come back (and we have NO cats in this house since end of November). I just spent a whole lot of money with no impressive results. Also bonus of 100ft. of tile cleaned....I have SMALL kitchen.....100ft. of tile did not get cleaned. The area that was cleaned free was not 100ft....He said half my kitchen was 100ft (maybe if you add ALL the area (under counters, fridge.etc ) that did not get cleaned. Also paid to have the rest of the kitchen cleaned....more money added to the cost! Again...just a lot of money put out.
Easy to schedule. The cleaning is thorough and good. The carpet stays clean longer.
No chemicals. The tech arrived on time. He was very professional and courteous.
carpet comes clean
So far carpet has held up nicely. What with 1t family members & 2 dogsvisiting for holidays it stilis still looks great.A little pricey but well worth it. Service man did an excellent job. Very friendly, courteous and considerate. Thank you.

The carpets look great and that's what matters most
Very professional. We just moved into a new house and wanted to make sure everything was clean. We had our air ducts cleaned and our house smelt so refreshing after everything was completed. We also had our carpets cleaned and they look and smell so much better. Absolutely love the service and will continue to use the services in the future.
Our service guy, Kyle, was amazing. He explained everything he found and the processes he was going through. He was very thorough. Between the products and Kyle I couldn'the have asked for better.

Pet deodorise
I was hoping for a more fresh smell after paying $250 to get carpets cleaned. It smells just like it did, which was why we wanted to get it cleaned. Some of the stains are gone but some are still there. I was just hoping for a more fresh look and smell.
