Knowledge of technician and his honesty regarding what services I needed.
Not sure why there's a schedule because the appointment time was definitely not accurate.
It took 3 days for the carpet to dry.
I will say, the Technician did a great job on the kitchen tile / grout. Looks brand new.

You only use water so you First name removed't leave chemicals in the carpets. Kyle was very thorough in explaining the processes and seemed to work hard at doing a complete job.
I like the fact that there is no soap residue and it looks so much brighter and cleaner than before.

The face of zerorez is your personel who you send out to the homes and business'. We felt like you need to do a better job in training concerning appearance, and not sending people to our home who are on probation. We were surprised and greatly disappointed.
I am an idiot for paying you for what so little you did. Poor quality and you took advantage of me on cost. Paid almost $400 and still have stains and only a small portion of carpet was cleaned. I spoke with manager who said he would call and never did. You need to do what is right. I want to be reimbursed $200. Please send a manger to my house to see what little was done. I went back and got stains out myself. It is so disappointing.

The technician that came to our house was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took pride in his work and made sure that we were satisfied. This is the second time however that the technician arrived later than the window given. This time I was called during the window. The time before we were not notified and I had to cancel.
