Have to replace brand new carpet due to damage from cleaning.

The price quoted on the phone was less than half what was quoted by the technician. I felt like I was being ripped off. The technician was nice but Kiasha gave poor information. Michelle was short and rude on the phone.

Not sure the technician vacuumed the carpet prior to shampooing. Also, the shampooed carpet was quite wet this time. He did a good job overall.

They were available at very short notice, and they did a great job.

This was my first time to use Zerorez, and I was very pleased with everything. The technician was at my home during the hours I had been told, and he did a very good job which included some very stubborn pet stains. The carpet looks great. However, it is very stiff now and not nearly as soft. Our carpet is only a year old and in great shape so I didn't expect to lose the soft feel with a cleaning.

Our tech was Brad; he was on time, very personable, experienced and worked very hard to show us what Zerorez can do...my husband and I were so astonished to see the results of tile and grout cleaning (free 100 sq. ft.), that we asked him to clean all of our tile! Very pleased customers and have already recommended Zerorez to friends today!

Once the carpet dried, there were several large spots that showed up. I'm very disappointed in how the carpet looks. This is the worst carpet cleaning experience I have ever had.
