We appreciate your services very much and are very pleased with how our carpets turned out. Our technician was also great! He did a great job of explaining the process, what we were looking at as far as carpet mishaps, and even talked to us about our air ducts. He did all this without trying to "sell" us on anything. He educated us and that right there will have us coming back to you for flooring services and air duct cleaning. Additionally, your customer service reps were all really on point. Victor and another lady I spoke with were pleasant and used great manners. Thank you for hiring quality people. Stay classy, Zerorez! :)

Maybe give your technicians more training on the use of spot cleaners. I think our technician misused the spot cleaner -- squirting it on a soiled area and then not recleaning it to get rid of any residue. Unsightly streaks appeared gradually after several days.
Very professional personable staff
The first time I used Zerorez=beautiful job on the carpets! The second time I called because of previous good experience=rushed job on carpets. Tech was always asking for more ways to add $$ to the final bill. I spent two + days moving things for ease of cleaning...tech took less than 45 minutes! The tech hit our iron fence twice when exiting the property. My Mother lives in Grand Prairie...before this experience...was going to suggest she try your Company after her foundation work was done...now...not so much! The carpets do not "sparkle" with the clean finish of the first time around! What do you think is fair?
The no residue, no smell process and the quality of the cleaning of my carpets when finished.
