Tech appeared less experienced and called manager several times around carpet stains, issues with test area for tile cleaning affecting the grout color. I am comfortable with the learning process but my carpets are still somewhat dingy and the grout in the kitchen will need to be repaired. Interesting that the tech said his manager told him he technically did nothing wrong yet you have a job partially done. Not sure this is the type of customer service I have experienced in the past and wonder if this is where zerorez truly wants to go.

My husband and I were extremely satisfied with the results of our carpet-cleaning experience from Zerorez. The two techs were very professional and completed the cleaning in a timely manner. One of the main reasons we contacted Zerorez was their lack of using chemicals in the cleaning process.

No chemicals and efficient and professional service

Joseph, the tech who came to my home, was professional, respectful and seemed to know his business. He answered all of my concerns. There was only one "negative" to my experience and that is the free tile cleaning portion. I don't have 100 square feet of tile, but I do have 2 bathrooms that are tiled. Joseph was able to clean those two areas; however, after he departed and I went into the bathrooms; I saw that he did not go behind the doors or back of the toilets. I understand this is a free, additional service offered by Zerorez. I feel that it should have been handled as if I was paying for it. I will use Zerorez in the future and be a little more observant. AND, I will recommend your services to friends.

They do a great job cleaning carpets. You really feel like your carpet is clean when they are finished. I also appreciate that they have barriers to put around the corners of the walls so that they don't get scraped by the equipment.
