I thought Gary was amazing professional and friendly but was not as thorough as he should have been he did not pull the sectional apart nor did he clean anything but the fabric which for the cost should have been addressed. I also believe your cost is a bit high!

The young man who helped with the appointment was polite and made every effort to accommodate my needs. The time provided for the arrival of the technician was accurate and a very polite young lady even called to offer a sooner arrival time if that was convenient for me. Bryson, the technician, was prompt, courteous, and did a superior job. He was well groomed and polite. He was careful in my home and provided appropriate protective items to keep the corners of the walls from being damaged. He answered my questions and explained optional services and the benefits but was not pushy. He presented himself with a sense that he cared about doing a good job. Respectful would be the right word for Bryson.

In today's world where customer service is often considered optional my experience with ZeroRez was customer service at its best. If all your employees are like Bryson you have a superior group of people in your company. I will definitely use ZeroRez again.

My only suggestion would be when the appointment is made and the cost of the service is given, you should include the environmental fee is additional and if the carpets are in bad shape the services needed to do the job might result in an additional costs. I know that's in the email confirmation but I believe it should be mentioned at the time of scheduling the appointment.

House looks and feels very clean. Robert and Carlos were very professional, attentive and caring to do a great job.

We had a very sick elderly dog. After she passed we needed a lot of help with our carpet. Zerorez got out the stains and the horrible smell.

Caesar did a great job of redoing the family room. I found his bottle of Zerorez Stain Oxidizer by my mailbox. If he wants, I can hold it for him until he has a chance to stop by and pick it up.

I'm a raving fan from way back. This recent experience was great, too. The carpet is like new. The whole room is lighter.

You brag in your commercials about how you can get all these stains, then when your people get there you can't or want to charge extra for pet stains. False advertising!! You don't use chemicals and so you can't clean stains. My friend recommended Zerorez, and said you guys were great! I was very disappointed. I couldn't afford the expensive pet stain treatment. So carpet didn't look much different😕

Carpets dry quickly - all natural products used for a safe environment - carpets look new after cleaning - very professional technician that cleaned our carpets. We did recommend them to my daughter. Very satisfied with the whole process from scheduling an appt. to making the payment. Also did not try to sell other products what I was quoted was what the final price was to clean. Most companies now will try to sell products you do not need or even care about..

Friendly phone service and friendly technician

Not sure that there's a certain something that I like or dislike about the product, I just know that whatever is used is AMAZING!! Our guy Fabian did an outstanding job of getting my soon to be home's carpets cleaned!! My boyfriend has 2 daughters and also has dogs that had the run of the house! Today, after the carpets have dried completely they still look great! There will not be a call back to say that you all need to come back out again!! Thanks, much appreciated!
