I like that the cleaning process does not have any harsh chemicals and will not leave a residue and build up on our floors. I showed the technician a few lightly soiled small areas to be pre-treated. Afterwards he said he did not need to pre-treat as they came out during the normal process. Since the carpet was wet it appeared they were gone. But the stains came back. The areas were in the master bedroom and guest bedroom. I remove my shoes when arrive home and wear house slippers in the house. My husband is only here less than 2 weeks a month. He does the same thing wearing house slippers inside the house. I have had no overnight visitors staying the guest bedroom.
Also the technician did not wear any shoe covers when cleaning my carpets.
I hear so much about you on the radio and thought I'd give you a try. Overall the rugs looked nice however there were many many stains that you couldn't remove and I was disappointed. The guys were at our house for less than an hour, they were in and out. They were, however, friendly guys. So for the most part me spending $244 was more than I wanted for this kind of work and I don't think I will recommend you at least for cleaning stains out of carpets anyway.

DID NOT MOVE ANY FURNITURE UPSTAIRS WHEN CARPET WAS CLEANED. LEFT WHITE RESIDUE ON TILE, GROUT STILL DIRTY.
Technicians are polite and show up on time or earlier. Technicians are well trained and able to answer any questions I may have.

Quality work, no chemicals
I really liked the customer service of the technician, however, the cat smell he was trying to remove did not work. It still smells like cat. Unfortunately, my cat passed away and was very ill. The poor little by went to the litter box everyday up until the day before he died. However, he urinated under the bed the day he died. I paid for the flash treatment too.
Cleaned the carpet extremely well - looked GREAT! Dries quickly. Courteous and efficient service! Good pricing.
Chemical-free cleaning that actually works! Techs are on time and professional. Everything gets moved out and cleaned under! Like the periodic "special" which is what we usually try to take advantage of.

I am disappoint due to I feel the tech added more charges that he said and i cant believe your company is like this i feel cheated no invoice was left and i receive an invoice thur email and its more that what the tech said i am not happy with the charges... i will report this to the BBB and will put this on the website.. as how your company cheats people and charges more than what you say
Cleaning process was fairly quick, and they did a good job. The pet spots they treated, however, took more than 24 hrs to dry, so we had to wait longer than expected to move furniture back into the living room
