Service is prompt and efficient. No soap or residue left and diminish of previous stains.

Robert was the technician who made the service call. He was very attentive, friendly and informative.

The cleaning service was fine. I asked for an early morning appointment. the person showed up at 8PM. The carpet was not even dry when we went to bed.
Make it up by giving a bigger discount when the person making the call makes a very big mistake.

clean, quick and professional service
There were no chemical smell but not all stains were removed. We did not receive our gift card as well.
I was insulted by the way he so careful measured off EXACTLY 10 tiles by 10 tiles. There was not much left to that section of my small kitchen. I thought he could have offered to at least finish that small area with having to pay $1,28 or whatever it was per tile to finish the area. I realize this was supposedly free but it felt more like a come-one/gotcha to do the extra work, especially since I had already said I was not interested in the Mavericks tickets.
The representative was very professional and courteous. Also, very timely. The carpet looks great.

Get carpets clean!
The first time you cleaned my carpet it was amazing the difference. This last time I was a little disappointed in how the carpet turned. They moved none of the furniture even small side tables. I will use you again and hope that will be more like the first time.
I have used Zerorez for 3years and have never been disappointed with their technicians (always professional), quality of work or pricing.
The technician arrived on time and went right to work. He did an excellent job and ensured that the back door he unlocked to bring in his equipment was locked before he left. The results are magnificent.

On Good Morning Texas it was shown that you get out wine stains and other hard stains. On my area rugs your process did not even get out simple dirt stains. My Bissell did better. Don't say it was because it was not pretreated because on the show and at the home show there was no pre treating. I was Suspose to get 100 sq ft tile cleaned. Well they only sprayed some stuff on my tile right in front of the sink and stove and then wiped up with a towel. The tile did not look or feel any different than when I clean myself. My master bedroom looked better than what it did but again I was expecting better from all I saw on your advertisement. Also I was told there would be a charge of 3 rooms for $99 with tax and $10 water. Halfway through the process that is when I was told it would be $589 and that was before the protectant which at that point I declined. The gentleman was very nice and called his manager and the price got straightened out. Price should have been stated up front not half way through.
The technician (Darell) was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. No surprises. He did a great job!
