Conscientious and courteous technician. Results exceeded my expectations

My carpet is in the white color pallet so everything stands out. Carpet does not smell,it is soft. Service was excellent and listened to my request.
The guys that came to the house were very professional.
My high-traffic areas did not turn out as clean as I would have liked. They are still matted down and discolored. The carpet is not that old and I had them cleaned (by Zerorez) approximately two years ago, so I expected those areas to come clean.

Zerorez is the best carpet cleaning service we have used. With animals and a kid, the carpet looks like it did new. We are very happy with the service.

Time before last I didn't have a good experience; Saturdays service was awesome. The tech was running late due to another job but Rod Gargoire did an amazing job. He was very kind, prepared, listened to my needs and exceeded my expectations. Best service I've had in my four years with Zeroerz. He should be recognized by his leadership and used as the example for new hires. If I can do a by name request next time I'll certainly ask for him. Rod did an amazing job!

Professionalism in service and performance.
Well the carpet cleaner tech did not perform a good on our Living room and Master Bedroom it did not come clean but only smelled better...actually our bedroom floor seems to look worse....My husband thinks he did use enough carpet cleaner and got tired after the first 3 room and did make an effort to get it a little cleaner than before.

Carpets not cleaned well. Was in and out in 30 mins. Didn't feel like he took time to do a good and thorough job. Was very quick to leave. Not satisfied at all.
My carpets are spotless and look brand new. They are 13 1/2 years old. All the pet odors and stains are gone as well. What an awesome job!

The service technician, Mark, who provided our services went above and beyond. The equipment functioned to its desired purpose, except his water tanks gave off a false reading of being full which shut down the system until they were emptied. This added an hour or more of time to his job. He displayed strong work ethics by not skipping corners, maintained professionalism, and patience. This was truly remarkable. Most would have showed frustration. The Zerorex system provided an amazing results. Our carpeting and furniture were left clean to the point we did not expect. All stains were removed and we are once again not embarrassed when friends and neighbors come to visit.
The gentleman was very knowledgeable, courteous and meticulous. He was genuinely concerned in my overall satisfaction.
