No perfumes or strong scents. Carpets stay cleaner longer. Associate was very thorough and customer friendly.

Kyle was professional and courteous. We are very pleased with the carpet cleaning that he conducted. We are interested in learning more about the hardwood floor services that Zeroez offers for our home.

We were promised a $50 gift card but didn't get it. We signed the iPhone but never got the receipt. We never heard from a human afterwards to find out how things went.
No soap residue

Professionalism of employees
Don't seem like you are in a rush to get done. My guys were falling all over themselves to hurry up. Don't advertise that carpet will be dry before associates leave. It took 4 hours for my carpet to dry in the first area they were in.
Friendly technician, great results
The zero residue concept is much healthier than a lot of carpet cleanings. No toxic residue left for my pets. Great customer service. Our technician was very thirough.

We love the quality of your service and the promptness and professionalism of your people. They are friendly but professional at the same time. They were running a little late but we were promptly notifed before the appointed time and kept informed as to when they would be here. We always call Zerorez for the cleaning of our flooring and fabric needs
Dries quickly, gives extra life to 10 year old carpet
Very little wet down time. Nice, friendly, and hard working tech people. He made sure I was completely satisfied before he left.

Technician was very knowledgable and did a fantastic job. My home is spotless. My only very small suggestion would be I wish the spray was a fragrance. Not really floral but just a clean smell. But like I said this is not really a complaint, just a suggestion.
