The technician, Bryson Steward, was wonderful. He has a very positive attitude, friendly and clean cut.
The scheduler somehow messed up the window. They left me a message for 8-10 am and I called back to confirm the time. The next day they did not show up between 8-10 and I called and they said the time was 10-12. After insisting I speak with a manager I was finally compensated for my trouble.
Service was excellent... thank you so very much for the clean carpets..
More accurate upfront expectation setting (on spots especially, since that is the primary reason you are called in). Less on-site up-sell ... that feels too "used car salesmansy".
It was an amazing job,the guy who came, his name was Waverly Coleman. He was so very friendly and did such an amazing job he was kind and my carpet two days later had the 0 stains comeback and absolutely looks like new carpet thank you very much

My bedroom carpet is only 1.5yrs old and we have no pets. It was starting to look dull and dingy especially in the high traffic area by the door, that is why i contacted Zerorez. After having zerorez clean it i unfortunately dont see any difference in my carpet.
Previous carpet cleaners protected the furniture that was not moved with small pieces of some sort of plastic to keep the legs from getting wet or dumped into. It would be nice if Zerorez did the same.

Good service for price
The employee who cleaned our carpets was very professional. He made sure I felt educated enough and I didn't feel pressured to buy extra services. He did a fantastic job at my house and I will definitely use Zerorez again.
I knew before the technician came what the charges would be and the only extra charge was for protectant which we approved after he explained its purpose. He was efficient and thorough and finished in less time than I expected.
No soap or chemicals is used on my carpet.
My carpet looked great and then it dried and looks bad again..also guy said dry time was 2-4 hrs....it tooks 6+hours to dry
Fantastic service and reasonable prices.
The work was excellent, however, the couches and tv stand in one room were not moved. I realized the couches had not been moved and was able to get the technician to move them to clean the carpet underneath, but did not realize the tv stand was not moved. Now that I've moved my tv back to where it belongs, I have a very definite line where the carpet was not cleaned.

Your products and equipment seemed to be top notch but they are nothing with out a technician that knows how to use it to the best of its ability. Your technician was great with one of the best demeanor I have seen in a very long time. Thank you for sending him to our home.
