Our service person,Robert Sennett, was very friendly, informative and efficient. He was patient in explaining all of our options and allowed me to choose what I felt were the options I thought would best serve me at this time, with no hard sell tactics to follow from him. Much appreciated! I also like the fact that there are no chemicals involved and still did an excellent job of cleaning or carpet. We will definitely call you again for future needs.
Impressive work and wonderful service
The way my carpet looks afterwards and the knowledge that the customer service rep had. I move my appointment from my original date to the next day and the customer rep at the Zerorez handled it beautify.

We love that you don't use harsh chemicals and the service you provide. Dustin, Zerorez rep, was excellent. He worked very hard on all out tough stains and really showed his expertise in getting out the stains.
All aspects of the service:
I was informed of a 2 hour window several days prior and of when the technician was on the way.

I picked Zerorez because I didn't want soap residue left behind that would attract more dirt. I didn't want to be exposed to any harsh chemicals. I loved the results and the service was excellent.

Ease of scheduling, the product and the technician
Your employees do such a great and high quality job! The company is awesome to work with from the inside and out, each person has been extremely helpful and professional. I used another company before to clean my carpets, but not anymore. I've had work done in November and it was so awesome that I scheduled a job done in January and have another one coming in February. I'm super happy with the results, quality of work and wonderful staff. Way to go Zerorez! I'm a big fan and you've got my business!
I was quite pleased with the young man who came out to do the floors. He did not try to sell me anything (that's what happened the last time someone came out). The kitchen floor looks like new and the carpets are very clean. You would also quite prompt.
The technician was extremely knowledgeable about the Zerorez cleaning process and how it differs from other companies. He was a true professional.
The two men knew what they were doing! Very nice and got the carpet cleaned and on their way. They could not have been nicer and more helpful!!!

The scheduling setup was somehow messed up in your stem from my original request for service. I called the next day to ask an additional question and spoke to Vincent who said my service had not been scheduled. I originally spoke to Suzanna. However, everyone was very pleasant and sorted it all out and Finley was ready when I arrived from work and did a great job. I have already recommended your service to a co worker who is in need to clean her house, not condo as I have. I will give her your number.
The technician listed to what my needs were and accommodated me. HE was polite, and helpful.
