I like that the process is chemical free and safe for my kids and pets.
Our service rep was great, explained the procedure, was very thorough. Two rooms and stairs cleaned. In our living area there are 2 stains that I pointed out to him beforehand, obviously I would like and expected them to be gone after the cleaning was completed. We looked at the carpet after he finished, everything looked good, was still very wet. We left and returned several hours later, carpets pretty much dry, and those 2 stains are still there, completely unchanged. Have had other companies clean in the past, stains (not heavy or many) removed. Was interested in zerorez because of the ads for fewer chemicals. However, if we are having carpet "cleaned", shouldn't we expect to have a few minor stains removed? I think it is a reasonable expectation. I took pictures of the after if you would like to see them.

My master bathroom was not cleaned. It needed it very badly. I did not like the fact that the amount I owed was changed 3 times! I don't like doing business that way. The men were very polite and took care of all my furniture and possessions. They weren't going to do my formal dining room until they called me and told me it wasn't figured in. As I said it WAS figured in, I was there. These dimensions were measured into the original quote. They did do a general cleaning in the formal dining room. Why wasn't the master bathroom done?
The carpet cleaning, as always, is very good. We tried the tile/grout cleaning as well this service, and were amazed at how well it looked. It truly looks like when it was first installed.
The pet treatment service was nothing like what was explained to me when I booked the appointment. I was told by Sheree when I booked the appointment, that the pet treatment was $75/gallon which would treat a 2' X 2' area. When the technician arrived my wife was told the pet treatment would be $975 for 13 gallons. We were also told that the one gallon of pet treatment would cover a few square inches -- not feet. The carpet that needed pet treatment is less than 60-days old. And, it was only 3 small separate areas. Not the whole room. For the price of the service, we can re-carpet the room. We've used ZeroRez twice now, and both times the service is not as promoted.
