The representatives are very knowledgeable and easy to work with.
They do a great job. My carpet and tile look amazing and I'm so happy to know there's no chemical residue, so everything will stay clean longer and my family and I aren't exposed to toxic substances.

Free of Chemicals! I have tried several other carpets cleaning services and Zerorez is the best! My carpet is spotless. You have a client for as long as I have carpet.

Hire people that have a professional appearance
Not impressed with the service or results. Seems carpet cleaning consist of spraying the carpet with hot water and running a brush over it. Mgoal was to have carpets cleaned, and I was immediately told....."that will not come out, that spot will not come out,...." I should've used the $200 towards purchasing new carpet had I known your company does not "clean" stains. Unbelievable. Plus it smells like mildew now in my home. Disappointed
