Always have a great experience
We are always treated respectfully, enthusiastically, and informatively as it was with Finley and Dominique. We are grateful that no chemicals are used and we know our home is safe and clean. We appreciate how efficiently the work was accomplished and how thoughtful Finley and Dominique were to us.
After having the carpets done I am greeted with a fresh, clean aroma every time I walk through the door.
Your tech was very professional
Although the technician was personable and polite, he lacked a little in training/technique. He had no system of covering the carpets and I had to keep showing him where to clean and how to do it. He also had to keep calling dispatch for permission to do things rather than just do them to keep going and get the job done. Job took at least 30 min longer than necessary. Also there were several spots that were not sucked as dry as could have been thus staying wet longer than the rest of the carpets. None of this has happened with previous technicians.
You also need a policy where a customer can sign off to allow a technician to at least attempt to clean a spot you currently don't allow them to touch ie. mildew spot. Was a basket ring on the corner of a removable scrap of carpet from one of my bathrooms that wouldn't have hurt if he totally botched it which wouldn't have happened anyway as other technicians have done so with improved results on such spots.
That you do not use chemicals!

You were very prompt on your arrival to clean our floors. Your response to my concerns on cleaning the carpet were also a plus. The carpet was very stained and I knew it would be difficult to clean in some places; it's not perfect, but it is much better and I appreciate your efforts to get it as clean as possible. Thank you for following up with me on my concerns.
The two men who cleaned my carpets were professional and very polite. They explained to me upfront what they were going to do and what the costs would be. I appreciated them being on time and informing me on the details of the job. They were happy to do the job.

My sofa was cleaned on 11/28/15. During the process, one of the arms was torn. I emailed asking for someone to call me, no response. I was finally able to get in contact and get help from a rep named Angel. My sofa was picked up for repair on 12/15/15 and just returned to me in Feb. 2016! Never did a supervisor or manager speak to me, apologize or offer any kind of free service. Very disappointing!
Carpets still smell horrible.

Setting the appointment was incredibly painful, took a full 30 mins and then they got the date incorrect. Called to confirm had to go through 2 supervisors to get the right date and then they never called to confirm. We got a 20 minute notice call that they were in the way

Floors dried fairly quickly, no. sticky residue on carpets. The technician did an excellent job in a shorter amount of time.
