there were some dried pet messes that were not cleaned and I'm not sure why. Have never had a problem before and I know the carpet is stained and can only come so clean but was disappointed when my mom showed me this.
My carpets looked and smelled so fresh and the grout cleaning sevice was AMAZING!! The technician was wonderful, kind, thorough, hard working and efficient!

There were still some stains that I noticed in the high traffic areas the next day. He was very nice but I felt like he rushed thru and didnt work enough on getting the stains out. Im going to have to get the carpet cleaned again because of this

Manuel Pedraza was so helpful. He is genuinely kind. He listened to my concerns and then discussed the procedure. He was very diligent in trying to remove the pet stain/smell from our carpet. He is also very personable. He remembered cleaning our carpets in the past and our issues then.
All natural, no chemicals
I love that ZeroRez doesn't add any chemicals to my home.
I thought the drying time was suppose to be minimal, but my carpet was still damp after 12 hours. When Lamar finished & departed, the entry hall (not part of the cleaning) had puddles of water & foot prints of where he entered & left the house. I had to mop the entry after he left.
I like the process you use for cleaning, no sticky residue. Your customer service rep, Angel, is absolutely wonderful. She was so helpful and provided very timely responses to my issues.
