Zerorez delivered as promised -- our carpet looks like it just came from the showroom. This was the first time the carpet was professionally cleaned in 17 years! The Technician (Justin Watt) was courteous, friendly and worked very hard. He explained everything he was doing, showed us "before" and "after" samples, and did a thorough job. We are amazed at the results, extremely happy with how our carpet looks now, and would definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned!
The cleaner was extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He really went the extra mile for us, and our carpets look great!

Anthony has always performed my service and made every effort to fr move any stubborn spots that were not removed with the first pass. Anthony is not in DFW area any longer and did not get that effort from Mark.

We found the technician very efficient and polite. The carpets took quite a while to dry, but we were very happy with how clean they were. We were less pleased with the scheduling times. Did not get a call 30 minutes before arrival time and were not in the 2 hour time frame that we were told we would have. Called your number and was not pleased with the poor response from your personnel. Was told the tech was at the wrong address??? Was told he would be here in 15 to 20 min. Did not show up for 45 min. That was after having to call a second time. Your people had the correct address since they told me what it was. How did he get sent to the wrong address? Why did no one ever call me and I had to call twice?
The young man who came to the house yesterday was very nice and respectful. However, of all of the times I have used your firm-this was the worst. It is 36 hours later and our carpet is still wet. I fell that he was trying his best BUT it was not a great experience. He really needs more training. He was really trying his best but the others you have sent to the house did a much better job. There is no doubt that with all of this water-our carpets will attract dirt much faster.
No residue, fast drying. I can now stand my 12 year old carpet a little while longer :)

Everyone was professional and explained everything that they were doing. I would highly recommend Zerorez.
1. It is more than 30 hours since the tech left (Sat @ 12:30p), and my carpets are still damp. I still cannot put my furniture back. (It is 6:51 pm Sun). The tech said 4-6 hrs.
2. The cleaning did not remove walkway discolorations.
3. The tech seemed to be pulling the wand very fast over the carpet in cleaner areas, and the wand 'squealed' when he powered it on and pulled it (bad roller or bearing). He even stopped once to check it.
4. My responsibility in this is that I have not had my carpets cleaned in three years because I became thoroughly disgusted with Dalworth and Steamatic, because for weeks the residue kept sticking to my soles and obviously attracted dirt. I started hearing about Zerorez and I love your conept (being an FAA certified Aircraft Mechanic (airframe and powerplant). I still believe you have the right approach, if the service and your equipment are up to par. Maybe this is all because of the wand. The pretreat (chemicals!!?) and the BrushPro are great operations. Perhaps the empowered water head (wand) was used incorrectly or was defective (squeal).
