Robert was GREAT. I felt very comfortable with him in my home. He explained the system well and was very professional.
Your service is one of kind. The service representative did an excellent job although our carpet was badly stained. He also took the time to explain the process and made recommendations on what treatment would work best in our home due to the age of the carpet.
I've used zerorez several times but always with a different technician. I've always been pleased in the past but I'm having a retreatment tomorrow because some stains, which I pointed out, didn't come out.

Carpet looked great
I like the fact that there are no harsh chemicals and Keith Loatman was a fantastic technician. He was very knowledgeable about the products and service and very helpful and did a great job on my carpet and tile.
Our carpets were really wet for more than 6 hours. There was even puddled water at the bottom of the stairs because the carpet was so wet. When we went to bed, they were still soggy. In the morning they were dry and felt soft. The tile did not get as clean as I expected (especially the grout).

Was not able to get all stains out , very high price
While we were very happy with the outcome of our carpet cleaning and with the technician.... We were not happyh to have a 1pm to 3 pm time alloted for service and had that time changed twice. Technician arrived at 4:30 I believe. Also we were to be given an additional treatment at no charge and we were charged for it. Had we not realized that the price was wrong we would have been overcharged. Late appointment and being over charged, no acceptable.
i have 5 dogs; and i really don't think any deodorizing was done......it smells like wet dog carpet.
No chemicals. The carpet is clean and fresh seems newer Mark was informative and thorough.
I have been very pleased with your services in the past. However, this appt did not go well. I was told the technicians would be here between 1 and 3 on Saturday, January 30th. I received a call about 11:15 or so that said they were running early could they come on over. Unfortunately, I was not in a position to have them come then so I said the 1-3 time frame would be better. AT 3:15 no one had arrived so I called the number I had been contacted from at 11:15. He said, "OH! I thought _____ was taking care of that. Let me make a call and get right back to you. At 4 I had not heard anything, so I called the main Zerorez number. At that point, the doorbell rang and it was the technician, who apologized for being so late but gave no reason. He completed the work in a satisfactory manner. I had to leave. When I asked my husband about the charge (I had been quoted $240) the amount was $300 and something. We had not been given the 20% discount that was part of the special we had taken. I have a copy of that if needed. My husband left a message with your customer service dept to please call so the amount on our credit card could be corrected. As of this moment (Monday, FEb 1 at 2:15) we have not had a response. I hope I do not have to take the initiative to call and get the error corrected. Name removed Phone number removed

My floors were left too wet. Took more than 14 hours to dry. Now I'm worried about mold in the pad. You rescheduled a redo for Friday but it's a lot of work to prep and I'm not sure I want it. I'd like a call from a manager to talk about it.
