The on-site technician was very nice, thorough, and reviewed every step with us before doing any work. He provided estimates before doing any work to avoid any surprises to us at the end.
I liked that zerorez does not ise soaps and chemicals to clean so there is not any residue left in my carpets

Love the service and the guy who did the work..who was from Louisiana. I actually called your office after he left to let his manager know what an excellent job he did. However, even though I was told my wait time would be less than 2 minutes, I hung up after holding for me than 10 minutes.
I appreciated how the guy came on time, did not make a mess, told me exactly what he was going to do, did not try to up sell me and was beyond respectful and professional. I am sure it had to do with the wet conditions outside, but it took my carpets more than 10 hours to dry. I was not expecting that.
The fact that they do not have any harsh chemicals that are dangerous to humans and/or pets.
We loved the technicians. They were very professional and explained things to us thoroughly. We would be thrilled if they were the two assigned to clean the remainder of the floors in our home. :)
The service was far above average. The operators were very friendly, understood what I wanted done, and made good recommendations to me as to how to treat my problem. Also they were very understanding of the dog situation, while staying both friendly and professional. The only reason I wouldn't be more likely to recommend is that the service was expensive, in fact so expensive that I decided not to have my kitchen tile done as well because $490 for a less than 100sqft kitchen seemed far too expensive.
Area rugs were not cleaned very well. Overall cleaning of the carpets was great.
I told the cleaning person that I had 2.5 hours before needing to pick up my son from school, I was late picking him up, despite multiple reassurances he would be done with time to spare. It took a long time to do one couch and room, then rushed through the rest of the cleaning. Also, the cleaning discount/package was supposed to include tile cleaning and he didn't even offer or ask about that.

Very professional. I appreciated the service man allowing the spot check, and the pretest before beginning.
I had carpet and tile cleaned. The carpet is ok however the tile looks just as it did before. The grout wasn't even cleaned. I could have mopped my floor for a lot cheaper than $1.25 per square foot. As part of the special agreement I scheduled, I was supposed to receive 2 tickets to a MAVS game that were mailed to me. I received the tickets on March 10 for a March 9 game.

The guys were very nice and carefully!! They took time to answer all my questions. My carpet is only one year old but I was amazed at all the dirt and dog hair that came up although I vacuum all the time!! I will definitely use you again!
