your cleaning methods and effectiveness
1. Scheduled for 8-10am and showed up at 12pm. 2. Charged me for 2 rooms for my formal living area even though under 200 sq.ft.
3. Not able to clean the simple tile area I requested. Instead agreed to cleaned a tiny tiled area in my laundry room with the same equipment used for carpet. Very unimpressive. I was hoping for a service I may be able to use again but this did no more then simply mopping.
4. Most importantly, we felt the only reason for this promotion was offered was to get in the door and up sell . Once we declined the $60 up sell per room, the technician tried to talk us out of having our carpets cleaned at all. This was after my husband and I had already done all the furniture moving and waited all morning for zerorez to show up. I had been wanting to try your service for a long time and hope to be able to use zerorez again but we were highly disappointed in your obvious up selling. We did not get the feeling our business was appreciated but rather a nuisance because we did not take your pet treatment. According to your flyer pretreatment is included. There was no pretreatment done whatsoever. In and out in less than an hour for $130. I think you all made plenty of money from us, even with that promotion. Next time I think I will find someone to clean our carpets that would appreciate our business.

Carpets came out very clean! Finley did a fantastic job and was professional.
Not as impressed with tile cleaning.. I got one room for free. I also think that when you call about the special, which was $39 a room, they should tell you then that what you consider "oversized rooms", will be more $. That's my only suggestion, not really a complaint. Overall, extremely pleased. I will be calling you again.

No residue left in carpets after they have been cleaned.
I like the fact that carpets are steam cleaned. Have been very pleased with the servicemen who have been very polite, respectful and knowledgeable. Will definitely use Zerorez for all my carpet cleaning.

I loved that there were no harsh chemicals or residue. I have small children, and my son loves to climb out if bed and sleep on the floor, so it is reassuring to know he is on a clean carpet with no irritating chemicals.
Asked about stain remover as I really wanted washable marker removed. I wasn't offered any other options. The marker wasn't removed. I was told 203.00 and was charged about 230.00. A room or area was done that I didn't want done. I was also told I would receive a Estillo Brazilian steakhouse gift card for $50 and I have not received this as of yet. Other companies I've worked with gets all dirt and hair cleaned out of carpet. It seems that the hair of our dog was pushed to the edge of the areas cleaned? I did vacuum prior to the arrival.
Service was good, making the appointment was easy, but at the end of the day the carpet and tile doesn't look any different than before the cleaning. The same stains are on the carpets and tile.
STILL waiting on a call back from a manager and it's been over a week.
