I have alwsys been very pleased with my service, but this time I had the carpet cleaned on Wednesday the 10TH AND TODAY, friday the 12th they are still quite wet in spots. to the point I can't put a door mat back on top of the carpet. In the past they dried a whole lot quicker, like on same day! technician was very courteous and professional, but I would like my carpet to dry quicker.

The quality of your products and services was excellent. The technician took his time and covered the corners so that the walls wouldn't get dirty. We would definitely recommend Zeroes and use them again.

Cody was very customer service oriented! He took a lot of time making sure all the stains out of my carpet! He asked me if I had any questions. He explained why there was so much soap coming out of my carpet. A while ago I do use a competitor. Well I have been a loyal customer for a couple years, soba still coming out. Cody was very professional! Cody took great pride in doing his job! Cody had a smile on his face and I could tell that he was a hard worker :-)

Have to replace brand new carpet due to damage from cleaning.

The price quoted on the phone was less than half what was quoted by the technician. I felt like I was being ripped off. The technician was nice but Kiasha gave poor information. Michelle was short and rude on the phone.

Not sure the technician vacuumed the carpet prior to shampooing. Also, the shampooed carpet was quite wet this time. He did a good job overall.

This was my first time to use Zerorez, and I was very pleased with everything. The technician was at my home during the hours I had been told, and he did a very good job which included some very stubborn pet stains. He was very professional and informative regarding the process. Also, the person who made the appointment was efficient and informative. I would definitely recommend Zerorex.

Our Tech. Jimmy was outstanding and very knowledgeable about his job willing to go that extra mile for the customers needs. I will ask for him every time we need our carpets and tile cleaned.
