The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. To top it all off, our carpets look brand new!
Reasonable priced, accomidating to fit our schedule and did a great job cleaning out our carpets and staines.
In the past when the technician would leave our house, there would be a fresh smell with the newly cleaned carpets. This time it was not at all noticeable. The biggest thing is that we paid $60 extra per room for 2 rooms to get the additional pet treatment. We know it won't be able to entirely remove the urine from the carpet, but we still have a wrong urine smell on those areas as well as can still see the urine under a black light. In one of the rooms that was NOT treated with the pet treatment, the urine stains are nowhere to be found.
Technician was knowledgeable and completed the job with excellent results.
The service tech was extremely professional and did a great job.
The fact that it is just water and NOT a soapy solution. The serviceman did a really good job and I will use Zerorez next time around.

Pet treatmentis way too expensive
The service tech sprayed stain remover on the furniture and claimed he didn't see the overstay until I showed it to him, although it was clearly visible. The hoses was also leaking and he didn't see the need to change it until I mentioned it. Finally he started cleaning the tile in the entrance way before vacuuming up the leaves that had blown in because he had the door open most of the time going in and out and with the hoses coming through.
Like that you don't use chemicals. Fast and friendly service

Little to no chemicals used. No smell post service. Extremely quick dry time and carpets were not overly wet post service.

The employee was very cordial--I just was not happy with the cost and the coating put on the tile is sticky and does not look even or smooth--not sure WHY--I would never pay for this service--much too expensive!!!!!!!!
do not use harsh chemicals
I love they way it cleans so well without using soap and detergents that leave a residue on your carpet to attract dust and my carpet has never dried sooo fast!I'm amazed!My tecnician Zane was sooooo professionaland and knowledgeable about your process and did an AWESOME job,I will most definitely request Zane next time I use your services!Will refer all my family and friends also!!!!!!!! Great product To cleaning Our carpets with out chemicals!! The service guy had a great attitude, very profesional and great service.
The technicians are always really nice, professional and informative. Customer service representatives are professional and very helpful as well. When the technicians come out, they always take their time, as if it were their own home. I really like Zerorez, and cannot think of another carpet cleaning place to hire!
