No chemicals and efficient and professional service
Joseph, the tech who came to my home, was professional, respectful and seemed to know his business. He answered all of my concerns. There was only one "negative" to my experience and that is the free tile cleaning portion. I don't have 100 square feet of tile, but I do have 2 bathrooms that are tiled. Joseph was able to clean those two areas; however, after he departed and I went into the bathrooms; I saw that he did not go behind the doors or back of the toilets. I understand this is a free, additional service offered by Zerorez. I feel that it should have been handled as if I was paying for it. I will use Zerorez in the future and be a little more observant. AND, I will recommend your services to friends.
They do a great job cleaning carpets. You really feel like your carpet is clean when they are finished. I also appreciate that they have barriers to put around the corners of the walls so that they don't get scraped by the equipment.

Your service was exactly as advertised on KRLD. Carpet looked like new, no sticky residues, and any stains that previously existed have not reappeared. Needless to say, we were very pleased with the results. Thanks you!!!
Excellent service. Robert Ochoa was my tech and did a fantastic job! Very nice and polite. The product used to remove the urine/blood stains (there were 2) worked beautifully.
